My first time in this place delivering semi-trucks, I arrived at 7am, there were two trucks ahead of me. and at 8:40 I was already empty. They have a sign that says they start at 8am. If you arrive at 6am you will wait longer than necessary. Here they work well and fast and when you enter the office for ck-in, just wow...

In coming delivery drivers love to cry. Abc has 2 hours to unload you. U chose to be a driver. Shut up and sit and wait your turn

The slowest and worst place to unload a truck, my people here, there is no point in arriving early, you will wait a long time and they don't care if you have other support, they don't value your compliance by arriving early.

The negative reviews are accurate. This is what the staging looks like…

The worst place for truck drivers 4 to 5 on waiting for no reason

Worst place to pick up/deliver. Whoever thought putting customer pickup right at the yard entrance where tractor trailers are constantly coming in and out needs to reevaluate their life choices.

Jacob is an absolute asset to the ABC Orlando organization. He helped me out (literally at 3:58p) with a billing challenge, while at a different branch.Working at a roofing supply company can likely be a thankless job at times. Here’s a big THANK YOU to Jacob at ABC. Give that guy a raise!

Truck drivers arrive as early as possible .. these guys will load and unload there trucks and customer trucks and just leave truck driver staging in the road …if I could give them 0 stars I would I mean this is just horrible and unprofessional .. without us you wouldn’t be in business just keep that in mind because this is just a nightmare

Slow slow slow, how many times does a forklift driver need to count a pallet? Absolutely no organization, miss management in my opinion. Why only allow one truck in at a time and it’s causing backups on the street. The the forklift driver with the wide hat. I don’t need your attitude I’m a very friendly person especially never being here before.

Came to get some shingle samples, the staff were very helpful, provided me with several sheets of samples from different companies, gave me an update on the current supply of different colors.

As a truck driver, 0 stars if possible. We understand that customers come first, but it isnt like you only have one forklift. It doesn't make much sense,, since customers keep coming in. You can unload the product we bring, so you can sell it. It doesn't take more than 15 min to unload a truck.

According to dispatch it's a 9 am start in actuality it was more like 750 I'm fairly sure it depended on their own trucks. That said had 2 guys unloading me was unloaded in like 20 min or so. Also found you can fit 2 trucks in the drive if they are both parked hard to the right one against grass the other close to first truck.
