Came in Friday 2/16 to do an online exchange, no one greeted me, asked me if I needed help, literally walked right past me or in front of me lol. I bought perfume online I obviously opened it to smell it, returned it in store and was told I am not able to return fragrances. I did not see anywhere online or on my receipt that said I couldn’t return or exchange it. The cashier was nice and exchanged it anyway for something I wanted.

Terrible attitude from cashier . Arrogant and off hand- had to reprimand her for manner - never had to do that anywhere else .

I Love going to Abercrombie & Fitch it’s like being in a candy store Lol I go shopping there for my grandson they have beautiful clothing for guys and the cologne. OMG smells heavenly my favorite for my grandson is Fierce

I can only give this store 5*! Such a beautiful store and the team were so lovely. They had a great variety of their collections and it’s clear they work really hard to keep standards high and everything well presented. They had great stock levels so I did not struggle finding sizes. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Stephanie and her AM and they took such good care of me. Out of all the Abercrombie stores, this one hits all the marks, I’ll definitely be back soon!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I made and order online and the delivery person delivered it and when I got home from work the package wasn’t at more door. So basically someone took my package from my door and when I contacted the customer service I was told to look at a picture to let them know if I recognized the area. Well of course I told the truth it’s my door step they left the package at. I also live in an apartment complex and I have asked neighbors if they mistakenly received my package and they all said no. So now not only am I down $107 but my son does not have his school clothes. I’m not a rich person I’m a single mom making ends meet. They are not offering my refund or even send a new package to my address just because I recognized the door the delivery person left it in front of. I am and was a loyal customer but if this is how you treat loyal customers when our packages are stolen then better believe I won’t be shopping here again. Don’t buy here especially if you try to save time and order online because you have to work and don’t have to time to go in the store. They will not refund you. Even if you tell the truth they rather lose money than to keep paying customers.

Love this brand! I only buy their jeans and coats when they are on sale! I have a collection of coats by them! They fit me marvelous! ? if something didn’t get deliver to u, report it to ur credit card company and get ur money back! That’s the safety of paying with ur cc!That’s why I also love Amazon, they have a great return policy! A&F needs to implement and update their return policy specially their shipping fees! U gotta spend too much to get free shipping!I only order online once’s a year for that reason. If shipping was free, I would buy more often!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Abercrombie, specifally with Store Manager Andrea. The products' poor quality and the lack of assistance from the staff were disheartening. However, my encounter with Andrea was particularly frustrating as she displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude when I sought assistance and addressed my concerns. As a customer, I value quality products and outstanding service, which were not met during this visit. This combination of issues has left me with a negative impression of Abercrombie.

I did a return for online order. The cashier asked me if I wanted the refund went to the gift card or my bank. I told him that I wanted the refund went to the original payment. I also told him that “I also paid by gift card”. Then when I got home, I realized that he put all refund to the gift card even though he knew that I also paid by my bank account

It was a really cool store and they had some pretty great items but a lot of things had very few sizes and a good bit of inventory seemed to not have been replaced. There was a whole display area that was empty. The fitting rooms, while a little confusing to locate even with signs, were actually pretty stunning and very clean and spacious. They had the most insane lighting, with a touch pad that allows you to play with a bunch of the lighting components. There was even a cool little shelf clearly intended for a cell phone that even had a wall outlet for charging.

An unpleasant experience at this store - first the change rooms were closed so you couldn’t try anything on. We went back a few days later to try on clothes - their oversized hoodie covered me in fluff, which despite being a known problem by the sales assistant, they don’t have lint rollers. So I left the store covered (including on my eyelashes and on my face) in fluff balls.

Staff provided very poor customer service. Unfriendly young female store assistant mentioned that I couldn't try clothes on. She mentioned that this was a rule her manager gave as the store would be closing in two hours and they weren't allowing people to fit clothes on. They easily lost out on a large sale. Yes, this sounds like total BS. She came across as bigoted and discriminatory. After watching the Netflix documentary I thought A&F had changed its spots. From this experience, I have my doubts.
