UPDATE: my earlier review which was positive and accurate until today. I went to this Ace Store knowing exactly which Stihl Kombi motor I wanted and walked in to purchase it. There were only two associates in the entire store and the girl behind the cash register was unable to sell me the motor. She said the man that could was making paint and would be a minute. I waited 10 minutes in an empty store when she walked over to him and he said he would be right there. Another ten minutes (with no other customers in the store) and he was still mixing paint. I was fed up after 20 minutes and left. It is no longer worth the extra money when you get ZERO service.
I can buy the same thing online at a lower price but have to wait a day or simply drive to Northern Tools where they will help me immediately.

Very disorganized store. Their equipment pricing system is 3rd world standard (very tedious and messy), their staff DOES NOT CARE to sell a damn thing or help anyone navigate the store. Three representatives and not one knew a damn thing about their STIHL products, lots of indifference. Came in to purchase the following: STIHL Backpack Sprayer, STIHL Mower, STIHL Trimmer and Hedger plus a waterproof suit with rubber boots. Left empty handed and with a sour taste.
Won't be shopping here.

Worst Ace hardware experience I have ever had. The older associate was quick to tell me he could not help me because the mechanic is off every Thursday, as I was looking for a brush for an electric motor. The associate explained to me that they do have them but he was not even going to try to look nor call the employee that may know where they're at, he just simply said he cannot help me and I was out of luck and to try again tomorrow.

It was impossible to get help here I'm from clermont and the ace hardware up there acts much more helpful and profesional everytime I asked excuse me to any employee here all I got told was one second or I got completely ignored

Such a good experience around Ace at Lake Nona. Nice and helpful staff. Dave, the salesman who helped us, is truly great.

My husband and I came in on 3/27. My husband was interested in a Stihl backpack blower which had a price listed at $599. My husband verified the price with the sales guy before he pulled the blower and the sales man said “oh no, that’s not the right price, where did you find this price at?” My husband stated “on the sign right next to the blower with the picture and the model.” The sales guy goes to look the price up and says it’s $50 more and he knows the owner, he won’t honor the price listed in the ad next to the blower.

Purchased a Stihl saw which was defective, staff refused to pull up my purchases, and would not make any attempt to help the situation. Low integrity and very poor customer service. Going to contact Stihl myself to avoid dealing with those miserable people at that store.
