I was on my way to my brother’s wedding and I had a flat tire. I was so frustrated and worried I would miss the big day. But Evan was such a good employee and helped me not only with quick service but with the price.
He was transparent with me and was honest about the price. I didn’t have a feeling that he was trying to scam me like other mechanics.
Highly recommend.

Guys do me a favor and stay far away from this place. I went for an alignment and waited 1.5 hours until they said oh the bolt seized we can't do the alignment. Whatever the hell they tried to loosen they left it loose and never tightened after. 2 days later I come to another shop in Kissimmee and he showed me the trash work they did and he was able to fix the screw in literally 2 minutes and do the proper alignment. That place only wants to rob you of money. They said I need a new serpentine belt and it's cracked I changed it and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong at all with it. They just want to hit their goals to get a bonus and rob customers of their money so their pockets are full. This is my second time posting this review since they deleted the first one. DO NOT COME HERE PLS THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND LIE TO ACT LIKE YOUR CAR HAS ISSUES WHEH IT DOES NOT!

I went in to do an oil change on a Friday afternoon and I was fully expecting to be turned away or told there would a be a long wait. Pleasantly surprised the manager Justice was able to work with me and take the car when I came in without a wait! The work was done super fast. The associate inside Mikah helped the time pass quickly. Overall a great experience I will be back! Would recommend.

Great experience. We were in town to get our son settled into college when we had a valve stem go bad. We had been by Walmart and Discount Tire but they were too busy to help. The manager of Mavis went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The whole process was less than an hour and the price was great. Thanks so much for making our stressful day better.

**Update** Repeat customer here. These guys take care of me every time! They are so respectful and knowledgeable. Love the service and how fast everything gets done.
After noticing a bolt in my tire tonight, I furiously Googled places that would still be open to patch it. I called and spoke with Evan, explained my issue, and apologized for calling so late. (about an hour before close) He asked for my name and told me to come on in. Evan was so helpful and personable. He gave me some great tire advice while the guys took about 15 minutes to repair my tire. During that time, I also saw him handle a rather grouchy customer with the utmost professionalism. I was very impressed by Evan because it is so rare to find employees who really care about good customer service and helping people. I felt like I could immediately trust him, which is also important when dealing with car repairs. This man deserves a raise and a promotion. Take your vehicle to Mavis!

My car’s battery decided to die, so I needed to get a new one in fast. Only problem is, my car’s battery is in the trunk, so I needed special treatment for it. The fellas at Mavis had it covered immediately. They went above and beyond to get it done fast and at a reasonable price. Most grateful.
