My husband took our vehicle in for a nail in our tire. They took the time to actually investigate whether or not it was leaking air and didn’t just try to sell us on a new tire (which seems to be the norm nowadays). They got us back on the road in no time. Super impressed with the quality of service.

BEWARE!!!!! I went without my husband and they tried to scam me out of $4,392 stating that my 2023 CRV needed new struts, shocks, sway bar, short mount, and tires at only 32,000 miles. I was sketched out and took my car to Honda which I should’ve done to begin with, but they said nothing was wrong (except needing new tires soon) with my car and were baffled that they suggested all those things.

My name is Zach and this was my first experience at Mavis Tire & Auto. Upon entering the establishment I was warmly greeted by Manuel, who introduced himself right away and asked how he could help. The store had just opened and there was already a line, but Manuel still did a great job handling the business, as he was by himself. I explained my issue and Manuel was transparent with me in saying that since I was a walk-in it may be done tomorrow depending, which was completely understandable. Once my car was in the air Manuel took me back into the bay to see my car, which is where I was introduced to Tuty, who explained the multiple issues wrong with the vehicle on top of what it was brought in for. While I could not proceed with the service, Tuty’s guidance on what was wrong on top of Manuel’s customer service was truly appreciated and made my visit a valuable experience. Keep up the great work and customer service Manuel, and to Tuty thank you again so much for the guidance on my Honda. You guys are awesome!

I had a flat tire, and needed to get it replaced. The assistant manager Manuel, was such a great help in giving me a great rate and advice. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The team at Mavis Tires in Lake Nona were awesome, especially Manuel, the service advisor. Manuel took the time to listen to our concerns, got us in quickly, helped diagnosed the issues, and physically showed us the items needing repair on the car. Manuel then went the extra mile to ensure we received the best deals Mavis Tires could offer and within just a few hours, Manuel made sure the mechanic (Tootsie, who was also very good), had everything fixed just as planned and quoted, and we were out the door. Later on as we talked, we realized Manuel was also the one who helped us out earlier this year when we had a flat tire - and he took great care of us then too!
Manuel is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, very customer focused, and a genuinely good guy. Mavis Tires is lucky to have Manuel on their team and in our opinion, he should be a store manager for Mavis. I highly recommend Manuel at the Lake Nona Mavis Tires location!

I ordered tires online Sunday night, paid a deposit and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Showed up and could not find the appointment or tires. After back and forth the appointment was "found" but no tires and no help. It was story after story and excuse after excuse. Went to another tire shop and tires were available in 1 hour and getting them put on as I write this. This place is terrible with 0 accountability. Its like they are trying to go out of business. No apologies or let me make this right. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. You have been warned.

I had to get a tire changed on a Sunday around 4:40pm when they close at 5, and this place had the best service I’ve ever had. Simcha and Odney had great customer service and they made sure my problem was solved before they left for the day. I really appreciate it thanks guys.

Excellent customer service! Great group of people. I came in with a screw in my tire and they switched out my tire and had me out in no time. Would hands down recommend this location.
