The worst manager they have for that Adidas store by the name of Javier, today I take some clothes with discount label, in the moment to pay for that cashier , no take the label price, and told me they make a mistake label and no respect the label price , that inappropriate because the store should be respect the label price , I argument with de Javier manager, but apparently he ignorant of comercial law.WHAT HAPPEN WITH HUMAN RESOURSE TO HIRE THIS KIND OF PEOPLE WITHOUT , MINIMUN MANAGER KNOWLEDGE ?

Worst service in the shoe department- inapt employee told me they have no way no measure your foot size & just tell him the last size shoe you wore and you can try that on - really - why do we have to dealing with such idiots - they finally located and foot sizer and told me that management doesn’t like for them to use it ? complained to corporate Adidas - we’ll see if anything happens - buyer beware

I called regarding an online order, they stated "im unabe to help" . I asked if they can transfer me to customer service, he also stated "I cant transfer you" I asked for their number, none provided. Just told him I'll google it but as an employee for adidas I believe you should at least try and help before hanging up without resolving nothing

Employees are slow and lazy, they let you wait for no reason. Besides that the shop is ok but way to expensive compared to other Adidas stores. Draw your conclusions

The worst manager they have for that Adidas store by the name of Giovanni. I attempted to return a pair of shoes with order number that was an online order. I actually wanted to return them for a new purchase he then proceeded to tell me I was not able to do that and that it had to go back directly to Adidas online and that he could take the shoes from me and he would send them back. Did not provide me with any type of receipt for anything showing that the shoes were handed over to his Store and into their possession. Claims that it's sort of like a concierge service, but I'm sorry I can ship my own shoes I don't need them to do that for me especially when there's no proof that they were sent off, If I send them off I will at least get some type of receipt or something showing that they were received by fedex. I'm not handing over something without proof that it was given to them and willl receive no confirmation of some some kind aside a generic email that I requested to return the shoe online and they are waiting for my return something again I can do. I have dealt with different stores before in Miami and other locations and I was always able to return the item and get my money in the store or exchange the item for something else. When asked why their return policy is different with online orders they just basically told me that they have their own return policy for that store. I called up Adidas and I also asked and they said that should not be the case. They are part of Adidas and that the return policy should be the same for every store and that they would file a complaint. Unfortunately this is not my 1st time having a bad experience with them And that specific manager.

I won a raffle and drove all they way to the store on the correct day, at time, had my QR code and all... Edit: The App dosent explain the process very well and it sucks to not get something you thought you've won... But once you get their system down its all goes pretty smooth.

I Went to pick ,up raffle slides that I won on a drawing… got to the store.. Head ID had barcode that showed that I won!!! Had my name enter as an appointment for the time schedule pick up my winnings.. name was on the raffle list… when she scanned it said it was invalid. He tells me that I must’ve change something on the app.. so it was invalid.. I Proceeded to tell him if my name is on the paper of the raffle listing I have a barcode I said I’m a winner on the raffle also id that mess that was on the paper… Refuse to sell me the shoe…dats jus b.s!!!!

Manager hiding Yeezy slides in the back. Lied to my face when I asked if they had any. Just witness him bring them out for someone. I asked about them and employee said they did not have any. Then when confronted she made up some story about being left over from a sale. Proceeded to direct me to a mall cart that sells them more than double the price. I don't know who they think they are. Reporting them to corporate.

Horrible had a reservation for a pair of shoes i won in a raffle i called in the morning and asked what was the latest time for pick up to do am working was told i had till the end of the day before the store closed i showed up at 4:30 and was denied my shoes because they had a cut off time at 4:00pm even after i told them i spoken to someone on day shift manager on shift told me oh well that she was keeping the shoes horrible never again

If you pick up an online order and it doesn’t suit you for any reason, get ready to return the next day to return it. On the same day, it is not possible to do this, as they hung on my ears that the system does not update so quickly ... the last time I buy something from adidas, the service is terrible ... now I have to waste my time traveling to their store. Very unprofessional approach to business. The staff is not trained and rude

Won an online raffle and went to pick up the shoe, Manager Giovanny stated my online ticket was invalid and wouldn't allow me to pick up my shoe... He didn't offer to tell or show me why smh
