I just wanna say I stopped in on Tuesday 1/14 to see if I can get help with my check engine light the gentleman not only put his computer to see what’s wrong but he took the time to look under hood n advised me on what to do n what to get and honestly was the kindest n professional worker I have interacted with in a long time great service this guy should be appreciated and well taken care off in this place I hope, phenomenal experience thanks for all your help sir… definitely will stop in here to shop again thanks guys… oh the gentleman’s name was Felix thanks buddy great job 💯🙏🏼❤️

Good morning just yesterday 6/19/24, I stop in store#09578 and purchase 2 wipers a young guy by the name Matt Curly hair, install them for me, one of the wipers gave him a bit of a problem, but he was so persistent in getting it installed which he did, just want to thank you for your time and energy. Thanks Matt keep the great service up.

So my husband purchased brake rotors and pads for our Kia Sorrento 2018. He let me know to take the rotors back bc Advanced Autoparts will buy them back. I take them back about 30 days later but the guy is rude and lets me know “ma’am you already got the rebate, bc it’s not here on the system as if I’m some sort of person who takes items to multiple places for refunds. I advise him that is not so, and he can look up the receipt and see that we never returned anything and shouldn’t the system also say if a return has been done. He says yeah it should but I don’t see it here but since there is nothing here stating that you should get the rebate, you must’ve already gotten it so I cannot help you. It was more going back and forth but I won’t bore you with the details. I’ll say just don’t go to this advanced auto parts on SOBT between 9:30 and 1030 am. It’s a little too early to expect good customer service
