I seldom ever write reviews. If Im compelled to write a review, my experience was exceptionally well or exceptionally terrible. This was exceptionally terrible. New to Orlando. My Buick needed a new battery so I went to this location and bought the cheapest one I could find for my car.
I went home to install the battery. Somewhere along the way I lost the receipt. No big deal, I just bought it an hour ago, I'm sure they can reprint my receipt. I install the battery and bring back the old one for the core charge.
There is absolutely no record of the transaction I made an hour ago, and no record that I bought the battery. Not even after they typed in my phone number or name. The same person helped.. or lack there of, both times. He was a white guy, long hair. So basically, I won't be getting my 22$ core charge back. The guy is either incompetent and made a mistake, or thieving. I don't care which of the 2 it is, I do know, I won't be going back there again.

Emerson went above and beyond and has great customer service and interpersonal skills. With great knowledge, and willingness to help out in any way he can. I would definitely come back in the future.

Two visits in one day. Ileane E has by far the WORST customer service and needs training. Likely a member of management - her customer service skills do not align with her title.
