Horrible service we went to look for a battery for a Lexus key and they treated us terribly the delay he rudely answered that it was a car and that we should Google it!!! This is not the type of service that should be given in an emergency, do not visit this store and especially not with this lady!

They had a Die Hard battery for my Harley Davidson Street Glide. Very knowledgeable & helpful. They tested the old battery that was giving me problems. The new battery fit perfect and my motorcycle started right up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are all friendly and this one guy Jorge helped me out he asked me if I wanted a warranty for something that I bought and I thought to myself no and he told me that it was a very good idea etc so I got it and turns out he was right he was very polite and friendly

If I could leave zero stars I would, I asked if they had pliers and the old lady instantly said no, I double checked my self and there were eight different options! Her attitude was horrible and didn’t want to help me look or even check the system. If she’s not there to help people find their parts and tools then I don’t know what she is even there for. Very dissapointed, I went to this store to buy oil and filter for my car, they gave me the wrong filter, went back to the store, they were giving me a hard time and asking for my drivers license, I ask them what for? It is illegal! if I bought the oil and filter 1/2 hour ago.i said just give me the right oil
filter, this is the second time that they gave the wrong oil filter for my car, never again will buy from advance auto parts.
