Advance Auto Parts at 5440 Clarcona Ocoee Rd in Orlando offers a wide range of automotive aftermarket products, free in-store services, and same-day options. The store features leading brands like FRAM, Carquest, and DieHard, and provides free battery testing, installation, engine code scanning, and recycling services. Customers can save by signing up for the Speed Perks loyalty program, which offers discounts on store items and gas at participating Shell stations. While the prices may be slightly higher than other chain auto parts stores, the store's staff is generally knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, as evidenced by positive reviews. However, some customers have experienced issues with online orders not being ready for pickup as promised, suggesting the need for better training of store associates.
Shout out to Simon and all the team players that continue to provide professional and consistent experiences for all my automotive needs. Thanks Advance Auto!!!

Order ahead and it's great 👍 if you can get someone to get off the phone and pick up your order. It's not rocket science if you cared at all about customer service
