Dave and his team at the Moss Park Branch are absolutely awesome. Dave is absolutely Splendid with his wealth of information and customer service. Yes AutoZone may have better pricing however I will spend the extra money just for the experience and the expertise at the advanced Moss Park location. Dave deserves a big raise and is simply an asset to the company

The best experience ever!!! I was involved in a hit and run while I was sitting at a red light. My bumper was dislocated. Insurance was going to be $500 for starters. I am far from a mechanic but I thought I this could be fixed. I just needed the screws. The team was SUPER Awesome! There were 3 gentleman there. Two young guys probably my kids age and Tom! Well they were all so helpful and Tom looked at my car and although they didn't have exactly what I needed he got me something close that worked just as well. The customer service and time spent to help me and the empathy these gentlemen had for this Lady in Distress was PRICELESS. I only spent $4.78 but again the experience was priceless. Thank the staff that worked On July 28 after 5 PM.

My husband went to ask for prices of a battery, he was talking on the phone with a friend and said the wrong name of the place and the guy from the store said: that’s no the place you have to read when you walk (very rude , bad customer service firstable) the worst part was: the guy is Hispanic like my husband. So ashamed the people like that work in customer service. That’s no the way. I imagine he is unhappy with life, but that’s no our problem. You have to be polited s and educated in customer service No rude and mean with people. The other guy was nice. But of course we went to another place just for that. What a bad experience.

This is bay far one of the best auto parts stores I’ve ever been to. The staff is always pleasant and extremely eager to help along with being knowledgeable. They don’t waste your time with unnecessary questions like if your vehicle is 4x4 if you’re looking for wiper blades. Tom and David are true assets to this location as well they are always personable, polite and knowledge. What more can you ask for?

Horrible experience changing battery. Purchased top of the line battery as the existing one was dead. The person doing the job didn't care for others property, lost one of the harness hooks to the engine bay and showed no remorse..finally Jerry rigged a hook to secure it...attitude sucked...
