I use the outpatient lab service very frequently and every tech I've had is kind and efficient.I've had Erica help me numerous times. She is compassionate and she has always been so helpful.There usually isn't a long wait time after check in.

The first attempt, I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived 19 minutes early because I was aware that parking can be challenging. There wasn’t a single open space in the garage or surrounding lots. I was still driving looking for a parking space at 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time.I had been told that if you’re 15 minutes late, they will reschedule. I gave up and returned to work.I called to make a new appointment and was told the Saturday walk-in lab was better for parking but they don’t accept appointments.Be there between 5am and 1:00pm.I call ahead during the week to ensure my blood work orders are there. They confirm that they are.I show up at 10:00 am Saturday morning (cancelling a job to be here). I finally find the lab in this sad maze of a building with very poor signage, and the doors are locked with a sign directing me around the corner to the patient waiting area. I follow the signs and find the patient waiting area. It’s says it’s closed.Totally done with trying to get my blood work done here. I cannot recommend enough to find ANY PLACE ELSE to get your labs done.

EDIT: I had to come back to add this part in. You know you have a good phlebotomist when they are able to take your blood without any bruising afterward!! I kid you not, I bruise often. So I am completely at shock and aw right now..seriously thank you SO much Bianca!! Please Advent health, recognize her!! The first picture is 32 hours after blood draw, the other picture is how I normally react!----Decided to go to a closer location to get bloodwork done. I was hesitant at first to come to this location due to the rating.The wait was a little lengthy, but the process was smooth. Bianca made sure that I did not have a bad time! She conversed with me and made sure I was okay.Thanks so much for showing such great hospitality!

Natalia has great customer service and such a soft hand. I felt nothing during my labs. It was a great experience. Beside I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I went to this lab to do my labs. They sent my blood test to an external lab not included in my insurance without my approval. Then I received a bill from a lab in North Carolina of $800. I have 2 months sending emails and phone calls to Advent Health to get a resolution of this. They are not taking responsibility of this. NEVER use this lab or hospital, they are not a serious company. I used QUEST diagnostic before and I never got a complain with billing.

This is not a serious company. We have 2 months sending emails to Advent Health customer service due a bad management of their lab department due a bill from a third party lab that my wife is receiving now and we never requested a service for this out of network lab. Advent health customer care is nor taking care of our case. I don't recommend at all this lab services if you don't want to get billing surprises.
