  We were in the store shopping and an employee just opens the back door and hit me with the metal door in the back of the store really hard and just keeps walking. He didn’t even apologize. When I go and pay I ask the cashier, who’s your manager and she points at the 2 ppl behind her. And come to find out the person that hit me without saying sorry or are you okay? is one of the managers.. and I told him “you didn’t even say sorry when you hit me with the door!” And he just looked at me and kept talking with the other manager. And did a gesture with his hand, like whatever! I asked him for his name and he said it was “ Martin” at least that is what he said his name was. Here is a pic of him the one with the White shirt. This is an unacceptable behavior from a manager, specially from a big chain like Aeropostale.
  
  I think from a corporate perspective that looks very bad on the company and can cause big problems. My right arm is hurting and bruised…

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Aéropostale location. From the moment we walked in, the store was a mess—clothes were everywhere, items were misplaced, and signage was inconsistent and misleading. It made shopping difficult and frustrating.
  
  I asked an associate, who I later found out was actually the manager (Jose), if he could hold some clothes behind the counter while I continued shopping. He didn’t say much but seemed to acknowledge it, so I assumed everything was fine. When I went to check out, I discovered that he had put all my items back on the floor without telling me. I had to go search for them again, and due to how unorganized the store was, I wasn’t able to find everything.
  
  I also had to ask Jose twice to unlock a fitting room while I tried on other clothes, and both times he ignored me. My girlfriend then asked, and he responded rudely with “what?”—a completely unprofessional and dismissive attitude, especially for someone in a management role. This was our third attempt just to get basic assistance.
  
  At checkout, Gabby helped us, but she was also not helpful. The promotional signage in the store was incorrect, which led to confusion and me not being able to take advantage of a deal because the items were placed in the wrong area—again, a result of the messy and poorly maintained store. Neither Jose nor Gabby offered any kind of apology or solution.
  
  To be honest, my cousin just graduated high school, and if you’re hiring a new store manager, I’d be happy to send over her resume. She’s already more professional and reliable than what we experienced with the current management.
  
  This store needs major improvement—not just in organization, but in leadership and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Organized and well-stocked. All associates I met were so friendly and willing to help. They did come off as pushy, checking in every few minutes and following up just as frequently. It seemed like an important upper management supervisor was visiting which may have been cause for their performative and almost forceful service which is understandable. I’d rather have attentive service than be ignored!

  I understand there's a lot of people in the store and it's hectic sometimes but there's no need to be rude to the customer. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
