The staff was wonderful today! We had to bring out Chocolate Lab up there today for a toenail that was falling off and they took care of ya and got us in and out in 10 min! Always so nice and helpful and we couldn’t appreciate it more! Keep up the good work hall!

I’ve had two different experiences with BluePearl Pet Hospital. One of Yorkshire Terriers cut his cornea, and I was frightened, that he may lose it but with their help and an eye specialist he has retained his eye. I have recently took my other Yorky there to have his left knee operated on due to it was off of the glide of his knee. It was a bit expensive, but a good job was done and he is now recovering. I believe they have regular vets there as well but I have only used the hospital emergency and their orthopedic. I know they are opening for emergency through the night and recommend them.

Great facility and a very friendly staff. Would highly recommend if a specialty veterinary clinic is needed for your animal(s). Located just off a major highway, easily accessible.

If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give it to this place. They are truly money hungry... Our baby had a nose bleed. Very apparent the goal is to drive up the cost of the visit with hopes of overnight stay, this 2500.00 to 3000.00 for the visit. Labs run, wait..... come back, review with recommendations to stay overnight because they want to put in an IV.... (Dog not dehydrated) The words were, we might need to start her on a IV. No reason why, other than this is what she might need.I envisioned if we would let them, I could see a call later that night saying she took a turn for the worst... had to do this or that and the bill would have ended up 5k or higher.Took the dog to another ER two days later and got labs, X-RAYS, nostril cleaning and mouth exam, but a COMPLETE explanation of the possibilities. Regular vet called as she was under and getting treatment. She was unavailable previously, but after verbally explaining the circumstances and issues to her, so walked back inside the ER as the doctor wanted to see us to explain the findings. Identical to regular vet (Regular vet old school and Extremely knowledgeable). Our regular vet called us the next morning after getting labs, and X-ray exams reports and confirmed our baby will be fine and no need for her to see her based on everything provided to her. Her regular vet indicated she will be fine. The major problem with this place is they are a hospital puppy mill so to speak... drive up the cost at any cost to get the highest cost. I will say based on the general lab findings they KNEW there was an infection. Provided a shot but no meds to take home for the infection. Pain shot but no pain meds to go home. Only blood clotting medsFunny how they came to get me fast when they needed to put a cone on her because she was spayed the week before and started licking at her surgery site. She started growling at them. (She didn't like them either) Rottweilers have a keen sense of people.Did I mention bleeding continued after we were home so called back to let them know and their comment was to bring her back and they would try to stop the bleeding however they close in 30 minutes. My opinion, not enough time to drive up the cost. Finally, do not use this place unless you want to spend big money and don't want anything answers.

Our pup had melanoma on her lip that was not completely removed. We consulted an oncologist who did not recommend any more treatment other than to finish the removal. A wedge resection was done to completely remove the remaining cancer.

My Dad's cat Heathcliff was not feeling well and I had to find a veterinarian that didn't have a super long wait time. Staff and doctor were great. They kept Heathcliff over night and started treating right away. It was a long drive for us but we were able to get the care needed for Heathcliff. Cat is now doing better and back to his mischief. Cost was less than expected for emergency and overnight stay.

INHUMANE. The Vet lied to my face telling me my baby had time to get surgery. They knowingly will let your pet die in pain ?. Don't bring your pet here. They knew my baby wouldnt make it and sent me home with no pain meds. She suffered til her last breath. Then they made a payment plan with me to only tell me the next day that I would need to pay the entire bill upfront to have her private cremation. This of course was after showing me the different options for cremation. My little girl and I sat there distraught. I left there with nothing from my poor baby... they sent a supervisor out to speak with me and she was aggressive and non compassionate. Worst experience of my life. Worst hospital. I wouldn't wish that kind of pain and treatment on no one.

This place is absolute garbage. They aren’t “open” for normal emergency services but lists nowhere that they aren’t. This can cause extra suffering for animals making their owners run around trying to find someone to help their sick pet. They should be ASHAMED of themselves.

The Staff I dealt with both on the phone at the Maitland location for appointment scheduling, as well as at the East Orlando location in person, were amazing to deal with and so personable and made a stressful time more manageable. Dr. McGovern was amazing and actually took the time to listen to my concerns and me babble from being stressed for my dog and offered comfort and assurance when I needed it most. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am grateful to now have her as a doctor for my dog when she needs specialty care. We are still working my fur child through some issues but I have faith that the train will reach the final station of healing soon!

They handled my dogs torn cruciate well! Dr Cramer explained everything they were going to do with Nala, they took good care of her! It’s expensive only thing I wish was for more updates I had to keep texting to ask what’s happening. Staff was really great and they cared for her!

Dr McGovern saw my dog after we had struggled for 2 years with IBD. I highly recommend her. She is an expert on GI disease. While she makes it clear there is no magic bullet or a one and done solution she is committed to your dogs long term health. We worked with her for two months and she was very responsive and adjusted to every turn in symptoms. Within one month she gained 5 lbs and was eating like a champ. Finally I am optimistic about my dogs future health and happiness.

Honestly should’ve read the reviews but seeing as my puppy had an emergency, it was urgent but clearly we will have to take her elsewhere next time due to conceited tones. Came in for a nail wound and they were very defensive and snarky when it came to calming my animal and the attitude was simply not necessary. If you do not like your job, simply quit. It’s very unfortunate that panicking pet owners won’t find comfort here. With that, the person who answered the phone was friendly and gave advice and that should be noticed.
