We booked our cars in Orlando with Alamo and were very glad we did. Arriving at MCO, they were easy to get to from the terminal (on the lower level). There was a good choice of cars to fit our needs, and the cars were very clean. We needed to swap out our car for a larger one due to an extra person joining us during the week, and the process was easy and quick with very helpful agents. We were staying at WDW and Alamo was one of only two companies with sites on the Disney property which made the swap and end of trip drop-off super easy. Will always be using Alamo from now on, especially in Orlando!

I had my car booked through Alamo. In the email it said there is a shuttle to pick you up to get your rental. We were staying at a disney resort. The phone number listed in the email for the Orlando office is incorrect. I had to call multiple times to try and set up a shuttle. When I finally got someone on the phone she said the number I had from the email was to an office in St. Louis. She said she was going to fill something out and send it directly to the office where I was picking up my rental and they would contact me directly to arrange pick up. Of course I never heard back from the office so I had to book an Uber and spend $35 just to pick up my rental. Very frustrating.

We recently visited from the UK, we stayed for two weeks, and hired twice from the Alamo Disney car care, the staff were so professional, nothing was an issue, they had a good selection of cars, we even turned up a day early and they was able to sort our reservation, dropped us off after at the parks we wanted, service was amazing, would recommend will be using next time we are back in the states, thank you Eric And Carley ?????? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pick-up service inside Disney is disastrous. They don't answer the phone and they contact you with the headquarters and they don't solve anything for you. By policy they tell you to contact Disney headquarters (which does not respond) and so they had 3 calls to me. Disastrous is an understatement. For something as simple as picking you up to pick up the vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Making the reservation was super easy on line. We chose the “you click it, we pick it” option simply bc of price. We were traveling to Disney/Universal for a week and felt it would be the cheapest route for transfers to and from the hotel and then once to change hotels. Both parks provide transportation from their hotels to the parks each day so the car would be sitting for most of the week. We chose to pick up our car mid week. The car was so incredibly small we had to hold half of our luggage on our laps. Our kids are 15 and 17 and my son (15) barely fit in the back seat. I understand Alamo wanting to make money but definitely at the cost of their customers. My son ended up getting sick mid week and we needed to pick up our car to get him to a dr. I called Alamo to see if we could move up our pick up time by 3 hrs and our reservation total went from $268 to over $800. The lady on the phone refused to give us the $50 per day price I got when booking and changed the price every day to well over $100 because she said the drop off time would extend our reservation by a day. I said I am fine with paying an extra $100 for the additional day but why does it change the whole week. Her response was “because it does.” I opted to do Teladoc and Disney accommodated us with a an extend stay. When my husband arrived to pick up the rental, the person in front of him was having a similar situation and they managed to keep his original price and extend his rental for the current price he was already getting. By this time it was too late to change our reservation. Won’t be booking with them again.

Made a car rental reservation to pick up at the airport for the first time. I usually book to pick up at Alamo Far Care Centre on Disney property. My rental at the airport I didn't even get and ended up having hours at the airport trying to get to the hotel late at night. The next day I made a booking to pick up here, my usual pick up point and they were amazing at taking care of me, my family and friends. I will never pick up from the airport again. This is by far the best place to get a rental in Orlando, the customer service is phenomenal and Beverley and Matt are the face of that team we had the up most pleasure to have served up. Our car was excellent and just what I wanted. Alamo has been and still is the best.

Used the Disney Car Care Center to pick up for the 1st time, worked out to be very convent while at Disney. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Simply the best, I have been renting cars very often, and has been always a pleasure! perfect service, with always clean and new cars, at a reasonable price! what do you need more?

They were friendly and provided very good service. My only problem was that some one turned off the automatic lights for the the car and drove for 20 minutes without the lights on.

Jeff Vea is the WORST manager Ive ever talked to. DISRESPECTUF and with no interest on solving a problem. We rented a car and it has a engine problem. We called the roadside line and they send us here to exchange the car, a middle suv. Jeff Vea only offers us a pick up truck (we have 2 kids and a lot of luggage so it donest works for us) he said we go somewhere else to have the car we rented. Shame on him. We are driving with an engine light on to the airport to exchange the car. Worst service ever. They have plenty of suv here.

Had to pick up a car at car care on a Wednesday to drive to a wedding. Smooth and efficient shuttle pick up promptly from our hotel at 830 am. Dawn helped us at the Alamo car desk and made wonders work for us!! Originally picked a intermediate SUV since that’s what I am used to driving but they gave us a full size huge 6 sitter SUV. Dawn quickly found a solution and made a typically stressful exchange a very easy and stressful situation! First time renting with Alamo was amazing, would recommend and will look for Alamo next time I rent!! Thank you Dawn!

We were given a minivan with a bubbled tire, about to blow. We called for a replacement and were told to bring it in and they had one reserved. We showed up and they told us they had nothing for us, to make do with the unsafe vehicle we were given. We called again and we were told the same thing but that it was labeled as an emergency because the belt had snapped at this point. We went again to replace and they had the same story - nothing for you. Another gentleman in the lobby was having an issue and they actually towed his rental and are now telling him they have nothing for him either. They offer no help, no refund. You’re better off to go somewhere else. Our Disney World trip was ruined thanks to Alamo.
