This location is always packed and the other customers are usually rude and pushy. They are also always out of stock on something I need but I keep coming back because of the self checkouts and convenient location. Wish all Aldi’s had self checkouts!

On October 5th I bought a jar of chestnuts and when I got home I noticed that they were very hard. On the 7th I went to return them and received very poor service when I returned them. I love shopping at the supermarket but the after-sales service needs to improve.

Briana does not know how to answer a simple question without giving attitude. I get it that you hate your job, but you shouldn’t let that show to customers. Also, you need to be careful who you pop off to little girl.

Very clean and organized. Great prices all the time.
Only ⭐⭐⭐ because an employee was stocking products from a pallet with a pallet jack in the middle of the aisle and there's no enough width for that, creating a hazard condition for customers and disturbing because customers were blocked from getting the products. A narrow vertical rack with wheels should be used for that and even with that one, it should be parked outside the aisle. I know that because I stocked products in a Winn-Dixie for years and for more than 20 years I've been working in warehouse environments.

This store was super busy. Cashier working. He called for help 3 different times, but the manager on duty just continued to talk to this one customer and chose to ignore all 12 of us in line. I have started going to other locations. This seems to be normal. They need to work on customer service skills.

I'm absolutely smitten with this Aldi location! It stands out brilliantly compared to others I've visited. Notably, this is the first Aldi I've seen in the area that features self-checkout, which adds a convenient and swift shopping experience. The shelves are always impeccably stocked, the produce is fresh, and the store is spotlessly clean. The staff here really understands customer service, making every visit pleasant and efficient. Even though it's a bit of a trek from my local one, the trip is always worth it. This store sets a high standard that all grocery stores should aspire to!
