Hi my wife and I came to shop here. We found everything we like an for super beyond reasonable prices. Also the real reason for this post besides Aldi's great prices and great food is necessary because the cashier Sophie is so sweet polite friendly fast and very helpful. It was a great pleasure having her check us out. And the customer before her forgot to grab an item and Sophie took off Soo fast and grabbed that for the customer. So the wait was like nothing. She's the best!

Jay is the name of the cashier on my receipt at 10: 23am on 12/18. So very rude even the gentleman behind me was like wow she's really rude. She directed me to put all my stuff up on the counter swing my cart around I had three robes I didn't want to put them up there she said when you're done putting your stuff then I will come. First of all I'm probably twice her age and I'm not a child you will not speak to me any kind of way I was just in shock I didn't know what to say instead of arguing back with this person I couldn't believe it I just kept my mouth closed. I will be calling corporate today. And I will be returning all the items and never appear at the store again what has happened to customer service because I work in retail to a store 50 times bigger than this one. This is just a shame to speak to me like I'm a child and tell me what I'm going to do. Then when I said wow really.
You guys need to get it together.

Just went to the Aldi’s on John Young Pkwy in Orlando, FL. I see they have adopted the California bug, you don’t get bags or your groceries bagged. They have the register at the end of the checkout so they can scan your item and easily toss it into the cart. I saw them doing that while I was in line so I grabbed a couple of their expensive reusable bags in the checkout and added both of them to my cart. When it was my turn at checkout the cashier actually tossed the 2 bags into the cart instead of putting the items in the bags. I would have bagged them myself but he’s putting the items directly into the cart as he scans them as I previously said. So when finished I had to do as others and step to the side and bag my groceries. It was my first and last time at an Aldi’s.

Always clean and quiet, with very affordable items and deals. Staff are always helpful and today the cashier Jaquarious helped me and another shopper with splitting an item. Great customer care, cannot recommend this location enough!
