We have ordered lights from this company a few times. Everyone has not been usable. From wrong connectors, dim lights and even the chrome inside the lights were dull. If you have time to waste these are your people. You will spend more time waiting and then driving a junk part to a UPS drop off so maybe you will get your money back. This company is pushed by insurances as a cheap part for quality ones. Stay away from this company. You are likely to get a bad part costing you time and money.

Constant struggle getting parts on time and communication. We ordered lights 2 weeks ago and were just told today they do not have in stock. Really annoying.

Placed an order for a set of headlamps. Only one side showed up. When I called to check the status on the other lamp I was told that it was canceled on my end but no documentation from them (because it never happened). I needed a set and was expecting a set. When I asked if they would overnight the lamp to take care of my customer they told me I had to pay more money! I used to use these guys for almost every one of my collision needs but it seems like they’ve grown too big to take care of their customers consistently anymore. Definitely will be a last resort from here out. Be cautious about ordering from them if you have a deadline to meet.

This company has incorrectly billed our account (single shop located in Wisconsin) for a $2000 headlamp that was shipped to a shop in Nevada with the same company name. We have contacted them every month for the past 8 months about the incorrect billing. They acknowledge the mistake, that the wrong account is billed. Every month we are told \

EVERYTIME I call the sales reps are very accurate and efficient at looking up the correct auto lights that I need. If they don't have a recon light they will offer an aftermarket if available. Thanks yall.

First light arrived with glue melted into the lens. The glue they used for "repair" was cheap, allowing the rubber to peal off by touch. We re ordered the light and requested it be over nighted as we where now forced to cover the customers rental. They refused as it cut into their profit.After reaching a supervisor who personally placed the new order. The new light arrived and they had sent us a fog light, not a headlight. Now they are out of stock and after losing weeks dealing with these clowns, Im right back to the beginning with the customer in a rental on my dime.If you want repaired parts put together with hardware store contact cement. Orders placed by supervisors who don't know a fog light from a headlight. This is the place for you.

Garbage , garbage, and more garbage . Poorly "repaired " lights that don't work and take forever to arrive . Rude customer service. Don't recommend now or ever .
