John and Michelle were great! Very friendly people. I had inquired to have art prints made and they were able to assist me quickly and had them ready same day. Fair pricing and amazing quality. I will certainly use them again in the future. As a tattoo artist, quality is crucial for printing. I highly recommend them to other artists for all print, sticker, etc. needs.

I'm overjoyed to say that John exceeded my expectations when I needed a large number of paperback books printed in a short amount of time! He was very professional, communicated well, was extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I WILL be using Alpha Graphics again for my printing needs! John is beyond helpful. He is professional, on-time, under budget....all with fantastic results. I'm writing from Los Angeles. My company had a big and important Expo in Orlando and I needed a local printer for badges, flyers, banners, signage and MUCH MUCH more. John provided all of the printing including a 20+ page high quality catalogue. And for hundreds and hundreds of attendees from across the country. John was a pleasure to work with. I came in a couple of weeks ago asking for samples and clarity for stickers. Minutemen couldn’t do it as they explicitly told us they couldn’t do die cut.So I came here. They are not at all what I wanted. I have a sheet of paper to now cut up for stickers. Plus the artwork is grainy.The 2 stars is for a product that they provided expecting it to be what I wanted.The customer service is for the lack of 3 more. I felt ashamed for my $153 order being so unwelcome there.I literally need to order 2,000 more stickers and this small order was still a big deal. I used online before and wanted to support local.There’s more to say on this poor experience but I’ll leave with this.They told me, “most people say die cut but mean kiss cut”. Clearly assumptions were made and I WANTED die cut. Came in before explicitly confirming die cut. But I was just a low, unimportant order. That warranted zero attempt to understand where the communication went wrong.I hope this experience was due to them being so busy that in fact my $153 was not worth their time.

Don't go here. John will play around with your order. I was getting some menus printed . first he said he could do it and gave a completion time, I emailed him back and said I'm having my fiance come pick it up. Next he says they won't be able to do because he took other orders . Poor, horrible customer service, take your money elsewhere who knows how to treat you and get what you need done.

A lady Repeatedly told me she was unable to assist me with printing or laminating items for, even after I offered to print the items myself. Totally unprofessional, doesn't seem as if they want to work much... LAZY!

Amazing team and super quick turnaround on orders. I order from them frequently and each time everyone is attentive, friendly, and efficient. The quality of the products is great, as well. Will be ordering from them again!

Poor quality work for painting prints I was told it would be fine by john and this is not the first time I have done business with them. From the beginning the work was great but after a year they either have gotten lazy or cared less to print good quality. I'm sure other avenues there great in but when it comes to this. There is this horrible blue hue over the prints and the quality is horrible. Super un happy the way these came out.

I’m studying for my boards and needed my humongous book unbound and then binded again into smaller books to make studying easier. The owner gave me a great price and then went above and beyond the services I had initially requested. I’m so happy I found this place and so grateful for his kindness.
