This return center is so unorganized. First off, the kiosk wasn't working. Secondly, there were no available lockers to place your returns in. Luckily as I was trying to figure out this mess of a process. Packages everywhere!! An employee opened up a window to assist. Thank goodness. So what are you supposed to do if there wasn't an employee available? Do better Amazon! A return process shouldn't be this difficult
