Great prices on drinks! You can get a good deal on beverages compared to the rest of the CityWalk area. The theaters are clean and the seating is very comfortable. Add in some great air conditioning and it is a perfect way to relax after being at the parks all day.

Just watched Wicked at theater #11. The interior of entire theater was awesome, the surrounding sound was insane and the lounge chairs were more comfortable than any other I’ve experienced. And watching the Universal film masterpiece in the Universal area was extra special.
This theater was unexpectedly not crowded, which was a pleasant surprise. I live nearby and there are 4 great movie theaters around the area. This just became my favorite theater.

Why allow the purchase of ‘child’ tickets for showings past 8pm if guests under 18 are not permitted to enter. I (24) planned to take my sisters to see Wicked at 8:30pm. Unaware I purchased the tickets (no disclaimer about this “rule” on Cinemark btw) . Only to be told the girls needed a “guardian” or “parent” to accompany them. I understand the safety implications of the rule however, it needs to be adjusted. Only allowing guardians/parents to be the ones to accompany minors during this time is ridiculous. If they’re going to move this way then there needs to be EXPLICIT disclaimers.

The experience at this Cinemark location was disappointing due to the condition of the seats. Many of them were torn, with exposed padding, poking, and were incredibly uncomfortable for a long movie.
It’s clear the seating needs maintenance or replacement.
While the staff and overall theater amenities were fine, the poor seating really detracted from the experience. Hoping this issue gets addressed soon!

The amount of trailers is ridiculous. Movie was supposed to start at 4:30. Didn’t start til 5 🤬 so make sure when you plan to watch a movie here you give it an extra 30 mins of time.

Let me start to say I'm a regular here I always come here to see a movie. Tonight my kids and I saw moana 2 we had a great time till after the movie we went to the restroom on the second floor then I had to sit down with one of my little ones to have a talk with her on the steps, people was coming in from the restaurants to inside there so I decided to go outside to check something out at one of the restaurants then come back inside, we was then approached i guess by a female manager as she coming tords us like a Sargent and said do you guys have tickets? Do you guys have tickets? Twice she asked in such a rude demaner! I said we just saw moana 2. She then replied well i meed you giys to leave in a rude tone! I said ok.... she said out this way, i said no i want to leave on the first floor she then replied no i need you guys to leave out here.... She was acting like we was stealing and we was not done with our time we still wanted to take pics by the moana post 😒 this is not a way to talk to people norepinephrine treat a customer like that! What is the problem about leaving on the first floor and acting like we are stealing when we just saw the movie... I did not appreciate her attitude it really wasn't pleasant! Can I say horrible service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Universal Cinemark! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, modern decor, and friendly staff. The seating was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of legroom and perfectly placed cup holders. The sound system and screen quality were top-notch, making the movie truly immersive. Overall, it was a flawless movie night, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
