Do not go to docks off Ringhaver. SHP/RECV office by dock #1 , up front off Tradeport Dr. Take your release number for PU, your DL #, TLR #, and truck license plate # and use the computer to sign in. Go back to your truck and they will call you to asign a door. Took less than 30 mins to get loaded (00:30 - 01:00) 4/15/25

Improve your signage.
Which idiot approved such a small sign for truckers?
They complained about trailer being dusty ( Florida Duhh! ).
Instructed to leave property and return when cleaned.
Returned after cleaning and they took 5hrs to load.
They will get you in a door then partial load to hold you there.
Avoid if you can.

Checking in by a computer doesn’t mean anything. Locals come after you and get a dock immediately. 3 hours and counting just to get a dock.

First Come First Serve. It's hit or miss. Most of the time less than a half hour to load... If all the trucks show up at once it's complete chaos and will take up more time. But it's a good place for the most part.

Drivers stay away from this place. Your time is worthless. They do not care. Management needs to look into this matter and help expedite loading and unloading.

Place has become a joke to pick up loads. If you’re lucky, Richard will be there and get you loaded in a decent amount of time. Otherwise, better off to find somewhere else to load, if you have a choice.

After 12 midnight and before 6 am.They’re never busy try to come here in this time period.They need clean trailer took almost 1 hour 30 minutes.

Very slow loading, average wait time is 5 hrs.Beware, it's fcfs but shipping manager plays favorites, he caters to local drivers, he put a Florida carrier in front of me and I complained. That’s discrimination.Not a good place for Owner Operators.They definitely "play favorites" when it comes to loading.
