My daughter had ankle surgery and was in a wheelchair. Back to school shopping, and the attendants in this store ignored us in the line to try clothes on, for 30 minutes, gave the only wheelchair accessible fitting room to three kids while we were in line waiting, instead of escorting us to the only room we could use! They completely disregarded our need for a special room, and after 20 people passing us to use the other multiple available rooms we had to return the clothes and leave since we only hard the wheelchair for a limited amount of time. This store needs to hire people conscious individuals who pay attention to their customers in wheelchairs. We will NOT be going back, not even when she is healed because this store does not hire people who actually provide real service and care about other humans. We went across the hall to BUCKLE and received exceptional service and the attendants picked out multiple options in her size and helped us to a wheelchair accessible room. American Eagle should be ashamed of the horrible service to citizens who actually need them.

Terrible customer service, corporate approved a return for damaged jeans and the store refused to exchange/return them, wasting 30 minutes of my time and then I had to carry them around the mall the rest of the day, corporate sent me a shipping label and refunded my order, dl should reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction

Very unprofessional employees. A guy who works here is not only rude to other employees but also A very bitter employee making shopping feel like you’re not welcome. They use the microphone and talk and laugh at the customers who in their eyes are less worthy. Truly unprofessional! Spoke to yadial who claims to be a manager Who underminded everything I told her about the employees behavior. She said “they have the rights to be frustrated and treat the guests accordingly to their frustration” What kind of manager is she? She is probably the reason this staff is so unprofessional and lack common sense. American eagle needs to fire all these slackers and get some good employees in there that care about their employees and the customers that pay for their $9.00 hour checks!! The product price doesn’t match the dollar store employees they have here!
