I love this brand but this store was disappointing, it was a mess no because they have so many costumers it was cause they have no employees and the ones that were on the sales floor they were just talking each other laughing of their costumers, I went to the store looking for a jacket that I saw available online, once that I get into the store I look for the jacket by my self because no one was available to help me and I couldn’t find the jacket so I went to the registers and one of the supervisors told me that if I don’t see it outside it’s because they don’t have it and I told her that online says that they were supposed to get 3 if she can double check for me, she get mad and went to the deposit and come back with the jacket I told her that I would get it and once that she scanned the jacket came with a 30% discount, I ask her if that was the right price and she said that’s what it said but online were clearance at 60% so she call the store manager to ask her about the price and she came with an actitud and said that I was right but they keeping whispering about me in my face and been just rude to ask them for the jacket and the price, I finally get the jacket but it was cause I really like it and they were the only once that have the jacket available if not I would drive to any other store

Rude retail employees. I was browsing the jewelry section and a retail employee lady signal me saying “hey, Issac” (implying what is she doing here) and Issac responded “yea, she’s just browsing”. Completely unnecessary comment, felt super uncomfortable and left immediately.

DON’T ACCEPT THERE REWARD PROGRAM, IT IS A SCAM.Late December i was purchasing, from that store location in the Florida mall. So the lovely lady offered a reward program, I accepted the offer. She took my card and swiped it, so I assumed she did. And it was all set up and done. And had everything in my bag checked out, come to find out in just four months i had late fees, and owed 216 dollars. Even though my purchase was 56 dollars. I received a letter saying that I have to pay the 216….. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTICES OF LATE FEE IN THE MAIL. So contacting collections the lovely people lowered my amount to 136.54. But still is pretty messed up for me to pay that amount. Even though the American eagle cashier accepted my card into the machine. They will not tell you this whole time is to set up a credit card. NOT A SO CALLED REWARDS PROGRAM.

Inside the Florida Mall, your location is pretty standard for the chain. They are medium / large sized for this chain and have lots of merch. To the right is ladies, left is guys. Middle section is accessories. Back is sale and clearance items.The registers are in the middle bay of the store and easy to find. They also have fitting rooms in the far back right if you need to try something on.I was there to look for my nephew who lives this brand. I didn't find anything this time, but have in the past. They do have gift cards there as well if you prefer to just grab one of those and let them pick their own things.Overall: B+Clean and well stocked location. They have a large sale section in back. Easy to find everything.
