The store had many clearances which had better prices than a regular AE store. Apparently they close the aerie and the fitting room an hour before the AE outlet closes. But you can barely understand the employees they spoke very little English.

We bought couple jeans from this store and they forgot to remove the sensors we had to drive back fir 50 minutes just to get them removed, even if its not our fault if that happened the store manager turned us down and he told us they are closed for inventory. Im not happy about my experience with them

The store and deals itself are great, but the gentleman working there was HORRIDLY RUDE! I walked into the dressing room, tried at least four doors and realized they were locked. I walked back out, saw him, and politely asked him if he could open one of the dressing rooms for me. He said they were all unlocked. I told him I tried several and they were locked. He said, “Well I don’t know which ones you tried, but I am telling you they’re open!” I was SHOCKED! He walked in and pointed to the very last dressing room on the left side and yes, it was slightly ajar, indicating it was indeed unlocked. I had not gotten that far. But it was one unlocked dressing room out of two rows worth! He was so rude. I am not used to people being so rude, I didn’t even know what to say. My kids were standing outside the dressing rooms and when I came out even they apologized to me for how rude the guy was to me.

The worst outlet store ever, if you plan on buying anything here make sure you don't return it here or come here ever. The employees are rude, incompetent, and don't know what they're doing. I had the worst experience returning one item They took all of my information for a simple return, everything on my driver's license number, address, even though I had the original payment with me and the receipt I didn't feel comfortable giving them all my information for a return and it wasn't on their policy, but they insisted and didn't let me go without giving it to them.

Excellent pricing, staff didn't follow you around all the time. On the flip side, they didn't ask if you needed help either. Entire staff was conversing in Spanish amongst themselves the whole time I was there. Had they been more attention given to me, the customer, this would have been 5 stars.
