I was at this amscot branch this week with a situation out of my hands. I explained the situation to Luis and he didn't hesitate to help. His attitude was one of compassion and willingness. He didn't hesitate to help and give me all my options. Thank you Luis for providing excellent customer service!

They did not treat me properly and the staff is very rude, especially the girl at the window. I hope this message reaches a boss and they fix the problems with the staff.

The service was good but the mature woman on white uniform does not speak English. I made some question about a loan and she can not answered or in others words I still do not know what she said. You will know that she is not understanding when you see her lol. Amscot must help workers to learn English because it is not easy to communicate with her. I left the store and drove one my down where they speak English and finished my first loan with Amscot. Thanks Amscot and help you workers to learn some English.

My OCD was thoroughly satisfied. The place smells so clean was so tidy no dust. The young ladies that were there were so pleasant. Those who are local entrepreneurs know my struggle of waiting for corporate checks. Sometimes I can wait for it to process through my mobile checking account, and sometimes I can't. In this case yesterday was an I can't... LOL I visited after 7:00 p.m. Wanda and Yadilys we're so pleasant and assisting me.

The worst experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE!I was with somebody else that couldn't do what he needed and they didn't want to return him copies of documents they did without even asking for permission. Stay away from this place.
