This place has saved me more than once and I am so grateful for that. They are always so kind and understanding and they have worked with me to solve any issues. I'm not always feeling my best and still they have been there to help. I don't know what I would do without yall.

This is a very good pharmacy. The location is very odd being in a strip mall that looks deserted. That doesn’t mean the service isn’t great👍👍You have to call from outside when you arrive and they will either meet you at the door for id or today it was brought to the car.

I called to see if they had a specific medication in stock as my pharmacy is out. The person on the phone told me I would have to come in for them to tell me if they had it or not. When I showed up in person, the girl at the door would not let me inside of the building and said that, she would have to see a prescription for them to even tell me whether they had the medicine. Contradicting information and not willing to help.

This pharmacy incorrectly billed our HRA account for a full-year without permission. When we called and asked about how prescription was getting paid we were told it was free and not to worry about it, even when we asked them to stop delivering it. Fast forward over a year, I noticed the HRA account had an incorrect balance and now company will not fix the issue and never properly billed our insurance. We never provided our HRA account info, they acquired this on their own and basically stole from our account instead of billing our insurance or telling us how much the prescription cost. Most unethical pharmacy experience I have ever had.

Angels Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life and I'm pushing 60! LOL they go so far out of their way for you it's not even funny.. first of all they deliver.. second of all the staff is exemplary..ALL OF THEM... BUT especially Kinjal.. she does so much for me it's not even funny... she coordinates with the doctor.. she makes sure that the insurance is covering everything... if there's a problem with medications or prescription she calls me proactively... they have even stayed open 10 minutes late one night because they know I was on my way to pick up medication.. I can't tell you the difference between them and the big guys.. this is truly exemplary service with a HomeTown small City feel to it! I just can't say enough.. yes it's 10 minutes to get to them from my house instead of the Walgreens right around the corner but I just don't care.. they brighten my day every time I go to see them.. and they don't make me feel like a criminal/outlaw/sickee for taking so many medications! LOL... they even have a rainbow flag on their front door.. they're so all inclusive it'll make your head spin!! ?❤️??? PS-when do go there to pick up your meds... you call them from the car AND THEY BRING YOUR MEDICATIONS RIGHT TO YOU IN THE PARKING LOT! (Try to get CVS to do that... they will probably throw THOROZINE at you just to calm your butt down! LOL ?)

If I was looking solely at reviews for Angel's Pharmacy I would be a bit concerned. However, just this past week my provider recommend that I work with this pharmacy because they do great deals on a new prescription I have been prescribed AND they deliver. I want to leave a positive review because humans tend to only leave reviews after a negative experience and I don't want some person to be deterred like I may have been. The service I received was amazing and quick compared to the big retail pharmacies I have gone to in the past. Within the same day I was contacted by Lily who got all the information she needed for my insurance, and she was super kind and patient with all of my questions. Secondly, my medication was delivered in three days which is far sooner than I would have expected and I am very pleased with my experience. Moral of the story, please don't let all of the negative reviews deter you from giving this great pharmacy a try because people like myself have nothing but great things to say.

Most horrific experience with a pharmacy by far. Their delivery with their own courier was a nighmare! every month he would hang the prescription on the front door of MY BUILDING NOT MY APARTMENT. Sad since theres only 2 apartments in the building and he couldn't get it right, month after month until my prescriptions were stolen off the front door of my building. Instead of correcting the courier i was forced to now pick up my prescriptions due to his incompetents. The doors were locked for Covid and have stayed that way. Ive had my prescriptions brought out to me and have had to argue with the guy because there was a female name on the scripts but he insisted they were mine. Ive picked my scripts up and had the manager Kinjel blowing up my phone a few minutes later, i needed to return to Angels as I was given the wrong prescriptions once again. When i rounded the corner I saw the woman standing there heated as i had been given her meds. A tech ran out and grabbed the bag out of my hand and the upset customer said," let me guess you were given my prescriptions." the pharmacy tech," No these are not yours ." Boldface Lie. they're always out or the item is on back order. Simple, up what you order from the previous month and you wont be out. Every month it was the same. The final straw and i moved to a new pharmacy, of course they refused to send over the scripts my Dr wrote to the new pharmacy so i was forced to call the Dr and have new scripts sent in. These are serious HIPAA violations. Starting from having a controlled substance delivered to an address without being signed for to the 2 times i was given wrong medication with other patients personal information on it.

This place is absolutely awful. They have gone down hill so fast. They never have my scripts in stock, but always have a bad attitude in stock! They always answer the phone angry at the world, snobby and snotty as could be when you DARE ASK about your meds. It’s been two months and a half since I’ve been able to get my meds. I tried cancelling my scripts with this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy and they refused ! Get over yourself ! I have a new pharmacy now that took 30 minutes and got all my meds which took angels months to do ! Find a better pharmacy this ain’t it !
