I would give 0 stars if I could. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes after we paid a couple thousand dollars in labs and all these other test. He gets recurrent ear infections due to allergies and they always want to run a culture which is a couple hundred dollars. Then they charge $90 for a bottle of vetsulin when chewy charges $67 so we get his vetsulin through chewy. Instead of the vet approving it on their end they want you to come get a written script from them. And sometimes they will want a glucose curve prior to getting the prescription refilled. Since it takes several days for a prescription to be received in the mail we have to buy a bottle of insulin from them and there is always fight back to get a new bottle. They want us to return the written script (for one bottle) for them to give us a new bottle. My dog goes through a bottle of insulin in less than 10 days. And when you email them your glucose curve you hardly ever get a response and when you do it has been several weeks. Mind you this is the glucose curve they demanded before giving you another bottle. They don’t care about you or your pet they just want your money. So instead of giving us another bottle of insulin because ours hasn’t shown up to chewy yet because of the mail they are making us jump through a bunch of hoops to get it. They would rather have our dog run out if insulin and potentially go into DKA which is life threatening than give us another bottle of insulin since we didn’t return the script (that we literally can’t return because it’s in the mail). Also it seems like Dr.Diaz is a new veterinarian, so instead of being confident in her decisions she has to consult with everyone and always wants to run additional test “just to make sure”. This vet is way overpriced and doesn’t care about your pet.

Excellent care!!! I had my pup neutered here and they are also his vet. Dr. Inniss and Dr. Charlie are very attentive. We are always greeted with a smile from the receptionist to the techs. I'm so thankful we found this office to take such amazing care of our fur baby.

-It has taken me almost 2 months to build the courage to write this review. What my family has gone through in the past month and several weeks has been an absolute nightmare. On the evening of October 13th, 2023 I brought my beloved Cosmo to the vet to get his ears checked cause they have been bothering him.. Vicky was the tech and Dr.Diaz was the doctor on site. It turned out that Cosmo had a stage 1 ear infection. So no big deal, let's get him fixed up and be on our way. Let me give you a little history on Cosmo.. he was a year and 8 months old. A fawn French bulldog and an absolute delight of a dog.. he was literally my best friend.. no prior health issues, very well maintained, ALWAYS went on multiple walks everyday. We spent half a day at lake Eola the weekend prior walking around and enjoying the view. He was VERY hyper and tough to manage when it came to cleaning his ears which is why I brought him to the pros. I had the opportunity to take him home after they determined what medication to give him but, they offered to do the first cleaning. This is a decision I will regret for the rest of my life. I did what any dog owner would do and allowed the pros do the first cleaning. They take my dog to the back. 15 minutes later Dr. Diaz comes in the room to notify my wife and I, that our beloved dog has passed away. Yes, you read that right. He died. I relive these words coming out of Dr.Diaz's mouth multiple times a day. It makes me sick to my stomach. It was such a moment of disbelief, till this day I just can't believe it. No explanation atm because we were all shocked and had no clue what happen. They offered to do a necropsy on Cosmo. A month later we get the full report. Some how some way supposedly Cosmo developed a minor heart condition and he got fluids to his heart during the process and he just fell over while getting his ears cleaned.. Not to mention a very close friend of mine took her golden doodle here for stomach pain. Back and forth visits and this establishment couldn't figure out what was wrong with her dog. She took her dog to Oviedo emergency animal hospital. 30 minutes later they discovered her poor dog had a sock stuck in his stomach. I have to drive by Lee Vista Animal hospital every single day on the way to work and every day on the way back home and every single day my heart drops time and time again. I lost weeks and weeks of sleep picturing my baby boy getting chopped up on a table to determine what was the cause of this. Lee vista animal hospital only VICKY the tech and DR.Diaz Know the truth of what happen back there. In my life time I will never forgive you. I hope you never have to experience a tragedy like this with your own dogs or put another family through such a devastating experience. I hope the community of Lee Vista sees this. Do not take your dog here or run the risk of your dog not coming back home. First picture is moments before my dog dying while getting his ears cleaned. I am so sorry Cosmo, I will love you until the end of Time. For anyone else who may have questions in regards as to what happen. Feel free to email me

Don't bother going here. As a new client, I was forced to pay 25$ deposit which would apply towards the final invoice. Fine. I pay it over the phone. I was told if I'm over 15 minutes late, there would be a walk charge. Appointment is canceled if over 30 minutes late. Ok. Fine. I made an appointment for 4:30. I called at 4:22 informing front desk I would be running late because I was waiting on my transportation to arrive. I was informed there would be a fee for being late and I agreed to pay it.. Upon arriving at 4:48, I was told that my appointment would be canceled and that my deposit will NOT be refunded. You can tell the front desk is riddled with attitude prone employees. Ontop of all that, the automated texting system to remind you of your appointment is purposely worded in such a way as to confuse the reader. I quote directing from the text "***If you are more than half your appointment time late you will be charged an additional walk in fee of $30.***" WHO WRITES THAT? HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE? Seems to me this small practice is more focused on meeting ends meet by making sure to tax their customers for smaller infractions or like in my case, completely ignoring my dog and I who's visit would have been a 5 min diagnosis for the vet as it was a front paw issue my dog is and still having. Thanks for making my choice in not choosing you more easier. The vet is probably a fantastic veterinarian but your employees in your front desk are killing you. Especially the younger one.

This is my regular vet for my dog. While I rely on them for medical treatment for my dog, I will not go to them for vaccines any more. They charge entirely way too much. I was quoted over $600 for my dog and my cat for there normal vaccines. The facility is clean. They are good with the animals. The admin staff is ok (it took over 3 days to get the quote for the vaccines and 3 calls). The vets are nice and knowledgeable.

The entire staff from the front desk receptionists to the techs, everyone is very friendly and professional. A special shout out to Dr. Iness, she always goes above and beyond when caring for Django and Lily. I truly appreciate and trust her completely. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

First time here today, Luna was welcomed and well taken care of. As a pet parent I really appreciate the education and explanation about procedures to be performed and why. I was given options and well informed about everything. Shout out to Gretchen and Dr Diaz.

We had a bad experience. My wife had booked under my name but her phone number. They gave us an appointment. When we arrived, we were not able to be seen because under my phone it so happens I was not a new client to them so they said they were not able to see my dog and that I would have to leave him and pay a fee. Bad service and not wanting to work with me. We left very upset and did not leave my dog!!

My boyfriend and I experienced every pet parent’s nightmare this morning. Rushed our puppy who was having difficulty breathing and bloody stool. The front desk woman spoke to us immediately and was able to get us directly into a room and bring our boy cooper to the back to be examined, despite a fully booked day. The techs were very kind. The vet was amazing. She came in, gave us the facts, and told us what we needed to do to help our boy get better. The price from exam to medication was so unbelievably affordable, I was in genuine shock. This will be the only place we will bring our animals from here on out. Rest assured. This is the place you want to bring your babies whether sick or not. Thank you to the staff, from the bottom of our hearts.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!This place is absolutely wonderful! I brought my cat in for an exam and the staff was so welcoming and professional. Price is affordable and they give treats to their fur patients. The lobby is clean and the rooms were clean as well. It did not have that lingering animal clinic smell that a lot of places have. I would definitely go back.

We have been taking our pet several years now. Dr Gonzalez has done a good job with my old dog. I like that she doesn't try to do extra income stuff aka. unnecessary procedures, etc like come other vets we have gone to. The office itself was very disorganized at first but changes have been made to improve client management.
