I love Ann Taylor and their “associates”. They really need to look into better management. I’ve been shopping at this location for a while now and Ms.Jela is always a helping hand, she’s the best! Before Ive experienced a manager snap on Ms.Jela while in the process of me signing up for a store card. It made me feel really bad for the stylist because she was only trying to help and she got scorned for it….In front of me! I’ve recently came in the store to look for 2 suits and I seen the same manager verbally attack another employee! The poor young lady literally told the manager they can talk after the store clears but the way that manager attacked her was purely disgusting and very unprofessional. I NEVER experienced such actions coming from a manager. I worked as a manager in retail in the past so i know how frustrating it can get but never in my life would I ever speak to my employees the way that manager did. Her name was Andrea, Mrs.Jela had already told me her name when I complained the 1st time. Yelling at your employee in front of everyone is not professional and should not be condoned. It was the same manager who would NOT take my mothers $600 return after she couldn’t make it in the store because she had knee surgery back in January! I had called prior that day and they told me they could return her stuff with no problem. My mother got there and the same manager Andrea was giving her a hard time after I had already called. I wasn’t to far behind when I came in the store and explained to Andrea myself what they told me. She continued to disregard everything and said her “boss” told them they can’t take returns regardless of anything. I asked about store credit since my mom still wanted clothes, she couldn’t even give me the full amount! She was just nasty and rude! After I demanded to speak to her big boss, she told us we have to contact customer service. To conclude a nice young lady came over and took charge. She was very sweet and understanding and apologized for everything. She was very tall and had a bun in her hair. I can’t remember her name but she was very helpful I think she was a manager too. I told her how I called prior and how they explained to me everything will be okay for my mothers return. Overall Ann Taylor please do better with hiring your managers. No way they should be that nasty towards people especially workers. This will be my 3rd complaint against this manager. I do not condone any type of abuse and I refuse to step foot in any establishment that condones these actions. I commend the associates for even being able to put up with that! Usually I have good shopping experiences at Ann Taylor but I refuse to spend any more of my money there if that manager is still working at this location. It’s bad enough we barely have any good suit shops that carry petite sizing. If you ever visit this Ann Taylor, avoid the manager Andrea IF YOU CAN!!! Mrs.Jela is top notch I highly recommend her if you are looking for suiting, need help figuring out your size, she’s the one to go to! Norma is also a wonderful help she very sweet, patient and a joy to shop with. The other associates are great as well! The younger associates always make me feel young and spunky when they tell me what styles or in and what styles are not. I really enjoy Ann Taylor but for now I think I’m going to stick to online shopping and the Ann Taylor Factory after what I’ve experienced. My complaints clearly don’t matter, and I can’t find myself shopping at this location if they condone hostile work environments coming from the mangers. Please do better because people like me really enjoy shopping at this location.

I came in today and met a young lady name Taylor, she was a little ray of sunshine, she helped me make nice selections and was very patient! I shopped here a few times and I am so glad they added her to the team, the change in atmosphere was much needed.

The worst customer service. Every single time I’m in this location, the customer service is non-existent. 3/3 at 4:00: 4 women working and all more concerned with talking about their personal lives than assisting women. Put all my suits back and walked out. Lesson learned. I won’t be back.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! Toya was a delight and made shopping fun! Honestly I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed shopping- I will DEFINITELY be back. THANK YOU!!!

I think it is a store with luxury clothing and footwear but basically for women of a certain age. Young women have no options there.

I was so excited to shop here on my business trip since all stores closed in my state. The first day I shopped, nothing was on sale but I ended up buying a pair of pants. The second trip, store was 40% off. When I walked in, several employees were at the front. No acknowledgement. I even had to get out of the way cause one of them was putting clothes away. Okay.. whatever's. Found of couple tips. Decided to try them on. No help in the back. No hello, no nothing. Seems like Ann Taylor's customer service went down the tubes. I remember at my nearest store, they welcomed you, suggested items, told you about the sale and started a fitting room for you. Nothing at this store. Kind of disappointed bc I was looking forward to shopping. AT needs to step it up in order to survive in this economy. Glad their assortment is getting better tho. It was horrids for the last several seasons .

Rude costumer service I had traveled 1 hour to exchange something and they wouldn’t even answer the phone 10 minutes before closing I wanted to beg them to wait for 2 minutes because I was having to walk through the mall to get thereI tried to please with the lady and she just pointed at me to go away. They could have just have been polite and used words but they just “shood me away “ like a dogWorking there the night of 3/15/2022
