Went here again. My review is the same. Much better than any other place I’ve been to. Excellent place to get blood tests! Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean and organized. The woman who took care of me was great. Prices are very fair.

I’m not a person that leaves reviews on a business.However, my experience at Any Lab Test Now 570 N Alafaya Trl was phenomenal. I’m extremely grateful for the respect I was given even though I was agitated and rude. The process was super smooth and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Instead of wasting your time, going to quest or LabCorp just come here and get your lab work done!

We called this location on Friday to ask if they had a specific kit needed for testing and were told they did. I drove my frail, sick mother, over an hour to get here first thing on Monday morning only to be told “they can’t find the kits.” What upsets me the most is when I told the girl that we had called to make sure before driving out so far, she became defensive and stated that she was the one
working on Friday and never said that. So you are calling me a liar? And if you are wondering if the wrong location was called by accident, it wasn’t. The call log was checked. Just admit that either 1) you got the call and maybe didn’t REALLY check for the kit or 2) you possibly weren’t the one who answered the phone.
Get yourselves organized and seriously work on your customer service. To all future customers - AVOID this inefficient office and instead visit the WINTER PARK location that has excellent staff and are prepared.

I am a gastric bypass patient and was sent over to this new Any Lab Test Now location. I was going to get a procedure done but had some questions about it. As I came into the clinic I was greeted by the front desk Nurse “Tatiana”. I asked her for the steps needed to be taken on my procedure and she was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining it and making me feel safe and secure about it. Definitely I would come and visit again and refer any patients out there. Thank you Mrs. Tatiana you are the best!

Am a new patient and to be very honest am very terrified about needles and infections , as i was coming into Any Lab Test Now i was greeted by Mrs Tatiana. I had a couple of questions and she was very professional and very attentive ti my questionnaire . She explained the procedure that i was going to get done step by step, and it made me feel very secure about getting it done. I would definitely rate her as 5 star services, and definitely recommend any person to go and visit this lab. I took the procedure and came out very happy and completely satisfied. Thanks to Mrs. Tatiana she was my Angel.

I’m giving a 5 star because because I can’t give more. I went there and everything was squeaky clean ( that is a very big pet peeve of mine). I was greeted by a “Tatiana” the front desk nurse. She was extremely helpful and polite when I asked so many questions about the b-12 injection. I ended up making my mind and getting that injection after the talk. 2-3 fast minutes later Tatiana had called me to go a couple steps away to the area where they give the injections. I was slightly nervous due to the fact I never grab injections in my life. But thankfully Tatiana had such a soft hand and I didn’t even realize she was done with the procedure. I definitely would come back here and I don’t want anyone else but Tatiana to help me out. THANKS GUYS!

You don’t want to go here. Staff doesn’t know how to draw blood AND they are overall just bad people.
I’ll share my experience for those who want to read more info:
The man who saw me was literally digging in my arm (moving needle in/out and back/forth) trying to find the vein. It took a very long time, and I started feeling sick because of what he was doing to my arm. I told him I felt like I may pass out and I asked for water, but they had no water. He clearly did not care about my condition and he seemed oblivious to the fact that he caused it by spending 5min stabbing a needle all over my arm. Sadly, I think that was his normal routine and he’s probably used to everyone leaving sticky.
Anyway, that’s not even the worst part…after finally finishing taking my blood, then he never shipped it to the lab…instead they kept the tube/blood sitting in their office until I eventually called asking about it. A different person helped me over the phone (name Tatina), and she wasn’t a good person either.
Here is that summary: I called 3 days later and mentioned I had blood drawn but my lab says they haven’t received it yet. Tatina told me it was never shipped because they guy put it in the wrong box, but that she’ll put it in the correct box to be picked up later that day and she also confirmed it would be FedEx overnight shipping to the lab … then, I waited a day before checking in with the lab again. When the lab told me they still didn’t have it, I called back and Tatina answered again. She didn’t confirm my name or anything info, instead she rudely commented that she remembered my package and that she doesn’t know what to tell me because she had already dropped it off. I asked, what do you mean “dropped it off” because previously you told me you were moving it to a box for pickup and overnight delivery. Then she backtracked a bit and told me “when I said that before it was because I had not read the label. Later when I read the label, then I saw it was not overnight so I took it to USPS ground transport drop off” which sounds so confusing to me! So basically she just talked non-sense on our first call (casually lying to me), then she had new non-sense to say on our next call.
The truth is the blood was never shipped! I know this because I called the lab, and I told them everything about my situation. The lab was able to run tracking since my blood kit (test order) included a pre-made label for delivery to the lab.
After everything, I now need to redo the blood draw somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I still haven’t healed bruise from damage the guy did stabbing my arm so much, and I wasted my time on phone calls enduringTatiana’s attitude and lies. All for nothing.
Seriously, save yourself the trouble and just don’t go here.
