The service I received was far below the standards that Apple promotes and that I have always associated with the brand.
I visited the store for two purposes:
1. To submit an Apple Watch—belonging to a friend from Costa Rica—for warranty service, as the device suddenly stopped turning on.
2. To pick up two iPhone 17 Pro units previously purchased online by a friend, who designated me as the authorized person for in-store pickup.
Upon arrival, I was assisted by a young employee who informed me that the Apple Watch needed to undergo technical evaluation before a resolution could be provided. This was unexpected, as I originally believed the device would be exchanged immediately. I requested a moment to confirm with the owner whether he wished to leave the Watch for service. At the same time, I informed the employee that I also needed to pick up the two iPhones.
The employee retrieved one of the devices but informed me that the second order was not yet ready. I was told to call Apple Customer Service to clarify the situation. Because I was visiting from Costa Rica, my personal phone was not enabled for international calls, so I had to request the use of a store phone. While doing so, I overheard the manager, Chris Figueroa, questioning the employee about why he had lent me a store device, saying that I should “call using my own means.” Ultimately, the second order had to be canceled because it was not made available in time.
After confirming with my friend that he did want to send the Apple Watch for repair, Chris Figueroa told the employee that I had to wait behind two other customers. This was despite the fact that I had already been waiting for my case to be addressed. I had arrived shortly before 8:00 p.m., and by then nearly thirty minutes had passed without anyone assisting me.
When I approached Chris Figueroa to request help, he responded dismissively, insisting that I had only been waiting for 13 minutes, which was simply not accurate. His focus on disputing my statements instead of resolving the issue was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate in a customer service environment.
Feeling increasingly ignored, I asked another employee to call a different manager. A second manager, who identified himself only as “Richard,” approached me in a confrontational and intimidating tone. He questioned “what service or expectation” I had and similarly contradicted my statements regarding the waiting time—claiming I had only been waiting 15 minutes and emphasizing that I did not have an appointment. When I requested his last name for the purposes of this complaint, he refused to provide it, stating that all I needed to know was that his name was Richard and that if I wanted to file a complaint with Apple, I was free to do so.
The conduct of both managers was, in my view, disrespectful, intimidating, and inconsistent with Apple’s standards of customer care. I felt dismissed, invalidated, and confronted in a way that no customer should ever experience—especially at a brand known globally for setting the benchmark in customer service. Friends had always told me that Apple provides exceptional support, but my experience at Apple Millenia was the complete opposite.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service, cleanliness and friendly environment at Apple millennia! Me and my boyfriend had went to Apple Fl mall and they said they could not help us exchange my phone for a different color one for reasons that shouldn’t have been an issue at all. Apple Millennia was able to exchange the phone at the LAST HOUR before closing with no issue. Yohan helped us with the exchange and also helped my boyfriend get his iPad Pro, Jose, the manager was also very kind and knowledgeable! Lastly, Hannah and Yunus helped me finish getting my new phone set up and out the door. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be coming back for future purchases! Whether youre a local or just visiting Orlando and wonder which Apple Store to visit, Millenia is it!!!

I recently purchased a IPhone 17 for my girlfriend in Black Friday. They didn’t have the 256g in silver so I opted for the orange with the worry if the case didn’t cover the entire orange or if she didnt like it, I can exchange it. Due to time constraints a couple days later, we stopped by florida mall since we were there for a dinner, we had the phone and they said they couldn’t do the exchange since they didn’t have the box nor had the additional apple product in stock I wanted to buy. We left and went to Millenium since they had it in stock and they were able to exchange without an issue and without the box. We came in at 8:30. Hate to be those people coming in 30 minutes before closing.. Regardless how late we were, we were greeted with amazing energy and great attitude helped by multiple people. Huge shoutout to Brittney for the help on the first day, Johan, Manager Jose, Hannah and Yunas for making closing time a wonderful experience and for staying late. Highly recommend!

The employees in this store have NO idea what they are doing. Went to the store 2x for problems and they didn't know what to do. Luckily the first time, I was able to go to Altamonte and they helped us completely. The second time I was not lucky. Long story short, I had to get a (another) new phone within less than a month, and the problem I came in for was not helped, which resulted in me loosing valuable data, photos, and videos FOREVER. Don't get me started on Apple Support. Both them and Genuis Bar suck! Avoid coming here if you have anything valuable you want help with.
