Shana and Cre, were very kind. However, I encountered rudeness from other staff members. Initially, I left a negative review, but I later deleted it because Shana and Cre were understanding and went out of their way to assist me when nobody else seemed bothered.

I had a genius bar appointment today! They received me very well and explained everything about my issue … but the solution options weren’t good for me… I’m keeping my brand new accidentally scratched Apple Watch Ultra 2 , bought 9 days ago! I don’t have Apple Care for the Watch! They offered me a fee of US $499,00 to get a new one!!!

Avoid avoid avoid people that works there r so rude and not helping, store always busy and line is so long! Repair takes up to three hours! My phone was extremely hot and I told them about the issue they told me to wait about 90+ min just for a technician scan my phone. Definitely the worst location I ever been to

If you want, your device repaired rather than replaced, just go to whatever local electronic repair shop instead. I brought in my computer that had stopped working, and was told that it was going to be repaired. They never mentioned that it just meant swapping the motherboard and losing all of my data. Repairing a device is more work but wish they explained and were more upfront about that.

I’m from nyc and coming here to fix my device in a timely manner was important to me . The 4 gentleman that helped me was awesome. Was accommodating to my situation and attentive. :)

This location is perpetually busy, and sometimes the team members (as well as customers) are feeling very overwhelmed, but . . . dang, do they get it done!! More often than not I'm there only in a 'browsing' role, and I am impressed each and every time by how well they manage a very active retail location. Easy to recommend to others, as long as everyone is ready to put their Patience Pants on and anticipate a wait for that eventually wonderful service. Kudos to the Millenia Apple Store.

My visit to the Apple Store at Millenia was a bit of a hassle. The place was so packed I couldn't even get in, and the entrance seemed chaotic. Considering reservations might help. Also, pre-asking customers about their needs could streamline the process. Despite the store's size, it felt disorganized. Improvement suggestions: better organization and more enticing offers. Just being honest!

The service at this Apple store is impeccable. Every time I have scheduled an appointment, when I arrive I am greeted by a friendly associate and handled with the utmost care.No matter what time I go, however, they are always busy so be patient. Be prepared to wait. And definitely, be prepared to have your issue solved. I believe they do their best in servicing.

Just spoke with a representative named Megan and the customer service was excellent. She was extremely nice and accommodating as well as had a great positive attitude. Within 4 minutes she had promptly answered my many questions, and given additional information to me. Definitely a 10/10 interaction!

The service at this Apple store is impeccable. I believe they do their best in servicing.I've had three laptops serviced at this location and each time I've gotten my money's worth. The great thing is that if your machine needs servicing, you will pay a flat rate to have it serviced and you'll also have the choice of it being delivered to you or you can schedule to pick it up at the location when it's ready.

A special thank you to Brian, Walter, and Josh. They have provided an excellent customer service experience. Brian took time to find budget friendly ways to assist within my warranty limits, Walter was an amazing greeter who showed me the way when I was a bit lost, and Josh who displayed such a positive attitude. Apple team values are displayed well.

FRAUD!!!!! This is negligence. Stealing from consumers. Multiple times repaired MacBook Pro 2 times addressed with Apple Store, 2 times sent for technical support and 1 time repaired for charger. Conclusion:1. They found liquid supposedly, neglected to provide pictures to consumer and according to Lead Technician it is only available for internal purposes. But the computer was sent multiple times to technical support where they opened computer and replaced screen. There is no report of liquid found.2. Disposed of computer even though consumer was reported out of town. Shipping address was provided and still disposed of the computer. No further communication was initiated by Apple.3. Did two computer screen changes due to pink screen, and Millenia Mall neglected to share notes with Technical Support. According to Millenia Mall the stores don’t share notes of issues found with technical support. So if they don’t share notes or comments how do they know what to repair?4. Asking advice to the consumer if she knew what was happening to the computer. Ridiculous!5. They repaired without notes, that’s why they changed the screen two times. So when you don’t have Apple care they keep on charging the client. Because they don’t use the notes unless the store repairs it itself.So in conclusion, you buy apple products, they sell you Apple Care and fraudulently report issues without any proof. FRAUD!!!!!!!

Staff wanted us out within 5 minutes of giving us food.I needed a hoodie as it was COLD .We wanted to sit outside as it was so cold inside but they said it would be a long wait. There was NO'ONE sat outside, and no-one else waiting. The place was almost empty.It's a shame as it was a celebration and they spoilt it

Ben is amazing! He helped me replace my phone as it was damaged on the back. Super friendly, professional, and an expert. Thank you for taking the time to assist me with the additional 5 people you had to help. Jose is his manager and he also came over to see how I was doing with setting up my new phone after Ben left for the day. Thank you a million times over!

100x times better than the Altamonte Mall Apple Store. I did not face discrimination at this location compared to Altamonte Mall Apple Store that had a Supervisor that was extremely racist and wouldn't let me trade in 3 of my old iPhones for Apple Gift Card and told me they would only accept 2 but when I told him okay I will be fine with trading in 2 he changed his opinion and wouldn't let me trade it in even after offering my ID without him asking it wouldn't changed his choice that he wouldn't accept 2 even tho at the beginning he said that we only accept 2 trade ins so I know I was discriminated at the Altamonte Mall Location and sadly I didn't have the chance to read his name tag because I was so shocked by the experience there and he looks very angry and he had all the mannerism of a Conservative male and I am a racial minority. So I feel that I was judged by that. He just came over to me with the lady I first talked to and he didn't even introduce himself to me. Sometimes we shouldn't be Political but all these current events affecting the LIVES of Minorities all over the country we must have a voice of reason / transparency even if it means criticizing the actions of Conservatives whom hurts our well being. We all deserve to be treated with dignity. Thankfully my experience at the Mall of Millenia location was phenomenally excellent. Especially the Sweet Latina Lady that helped me trade in my phones today. She deserves the World's Biggest Hug of the Day for Helping me after facing painful discrimination at the Altamonte Mall location that left me emotionally hurt and scared.
