We used Architectural Elegance in 2014 at the urging of our home builder. While I wasn't sure they would offer the best prices, I was told that the service would be good. Sure enough! Today, we were painting a door and lost a tiny plastic piece of a locking mechanism for a 7 year old Emtek product that is no longer in production. Mercy at Architectural Elegance just emailed me to let me know that a compatible part will now be shipped to me directly from the manufacturer at no charge. This is the second time they have come through on service well after the purchase. A few years ago we had several exterior door handles that had not weathered as expected. Architectural Elegance was helpful on managing the warranty work for the replacements and they had all of my data on file to ensure that the replacement items were even correctly keyed when I received them.

Tried to make an appointment to buy multiple items for a kitchen remodel. No walk in or appointments are available. I guess I will spend my money somewhere else

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve never felt so disgusted and profiled. My family and I were referred to this store by another due to the fact we are looking for a lock which would fit a 3in deep door. When we approached, they quickly tried to close the door. The first words out of the ladies mouth was “we’re not open to the public, only builders and architectures,” without even asking how she could help. My uncle is a construction engineer from Puerto Rico and I was the translator born and raise in Orlando. She would not answer any of my questions and ran to get a business card to shove in my face. Then she would only reply “email me your questions” and proceeded to shut and lock the doors on us when we were just trying to as a simple yes or no question.

The two sales person was very inconsiderate I knocked on the door they saw me knocking at the door and completely ignored me. Another sales person pulled up and would not allow me to come in unless I was working with a contractor. All I asked was just five minutes to see some hardware and I am fully vaccinated. But they were so inconsiderate and would t not allow me to come in to the store after I have

Extremely rude. Don't be open to the public if all you'd prefer to work with is contractors and architects.Store worker told me to go to box store since I was not working with an architect on my selection of hinges. Sorry I'm not pompous enough for your store.

I drove 45 minutes to find that is closed for walk in customers. The person at the door was extremely rude, she said that the County was controlling who gets in. Really??? She really needs to stop lying and work on her customer service skills.

Let me preface this review to provide context. We looked up Architectural Elegance on google. Google has their business listing as “OPEN” for business.I drove 20 minutes to shop products at this location. The person who answered the door was extremely rude. She answers the door and tells me, “Sorry we are closed”. Without any explanation we had to leave. My wife calls her minutes later to try and find out why they are closed, because she ultimately wants to look at products they have listed online. My wife requests a reason why they are closed and states, “I wasn’t given an explanation in person”, and the owner - Renae sarcastically/rudely replies, “how about covid?” & “you weren’t wearing a mask”(we were wearing masks before she opened her door).I can completely understand you are closed for COVID, but my suggestion is that you update your listing on Google to correct your operating hours, and I also suggest you talk to potential customers in a much more respectful manner. Lastly, don’t lie. 6 years in the Marines serving at the highest level, I would never make an excuse or a lie like “you weren’t wearing a mask”, when in fact I was wearing a mask. After 6 years in the Marines, MBA, multiple significant accolades in Real Estate, and I have never been spoken to that way before by someone I am actually seeking business from. I’m truly disappointed in my experience and I will not be recommending you to anyone I know.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would've liked to see more people wearing mask however. No customers had them on.

I went to their store and spent over $3900.00 on buying new door handles and throw bolts for all my exterior doors. I used the gentleman they recommended to install my new hardware. I had a problem and the only thing I asked was for a return call. Its been over 2 weeks and no return phone call. I am sorry but if a customer has a problem after spending that much money, they could at lest return a phone call. I had to call the manufacture and they were vey helpful. Save yourself the hassle and buy online. You will save money and the customer service cannot be any worse

Luxury and upscale knobs, pulls, door and bath hardware. Great variety! Wayne is the owner, he is real nice and knowledgable. Their correct address is off Colonial by the executive airport at: 2920 E Robinson St, Orlando, FL 32803
