They really don't have good prices on shirts ?. I was not in agreement with my partner's purchase. I also measured several shoes. ? of which there were no sizes.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with your brand. I recently purchased a backpack from your store, and to my dismay, shortly after the purchase, the zipper malfunctioned.I visited your store seeking an exchange, hoping to resolve the issue promptly. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me not only dismissed my concerns but also belittled me by mentioning that I had purchased a product on sale with a lower value from the last collection, implying that there was nothing that could be done.As a loyal customer, I was disheartened by the lack of empathy and customer service provided. It is disconcerting to feel disregarded, especially when dealing with a product quality issue. I believe that all customers, regardless of the discounted price or collection, deserve fair treatment and assistance when faced with such problems.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for your brand to reevaluate its customer service practices and quality control. I genuinely appreciate the products your brand offers, but my recent experience has left me hesitant to make future purchases.I am writing this review to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar challenges.

I bought a pair of jeans as a gift for my husband, unfortunately the size didn't fit (we had already bought the same one, we understand that the size changed due to collection) but they don't want to refund the money. I bought the pants on Sunday January 14 I went to the store on Tuesday, January 16, but they don't want to refund my money, since I can't exchange it for another size and I'm not interested in another product.and they have their tags, I have the invoice and the pants were not worn just as it says in the policy …terrible service.

Staff are just trash. In the whole store only one lady is humble and friendly, the rest, i highly suggest a better attitude, i went two times with the best mood and i got out disgusted of the staff.

I ordered the clothes online. They sent me an email when the clothes were delivered to the store. I went to the store and picked them up. Very fast and efficient. Recommended.

I shop here often. However, the set up of displays in this store are not up to par. When you have a sale (for example, a sign that hangs over a COLLECTION of clothing that says 50% off) and you get to the register and you get 40%, the staff, who barely speak English, proceeds to say that only the outerwear is 50%, even when one of the pieces is a zip up sweatsuit jacket...we have a problem. Have the "outerwear" all together with the sign over it just as you do with the t-shirts you have on display, and there won't be any rebuttal. Even when I SPECIFICALLY asked the gentleman if the ENTIRE rack was 50%, and because the sign was there he said yes. However, the register said otherwise. They refused to give me the price that was displayed. I will NOT spend anymore of my money here.

The very first Armani Exchange I ever went to. I’ve been here many times since then although a lot in my life has changed since the first time I came here ? .Some of the designs that A|X has are cool and tend to look fresh. Had a slight language barrier last time but only to a certain degree.Two of the employees I talked to had issues with understand what we said in English. Kind of surprising no matter what.

The two times I came here early just to get my shopping out the way and they opened either 30mins to an hour late and the people are rude
