I was fairly disappointed in the couch buying process at Ashley. The sales associates weren’t very knowledgeable and it took a long time to communicate which couch I wanted to them. They also charged me incorrectly, so I had to do a second transaction of over $1500 so they could correct their mistake. If the associates were better trained and weren’t trying to rush through the transaction just to make their commission, the process may have been better.

Worst experience ever. The staff only concerns about making their commission. They were kind and agreeable until the sale was final. The store manager and representative became very unsupportive and careless when I addressed certain concerns that had arisen briefly after the sale was final. I have had better experiences buying cars at a dealership than my recent experience at the Mellinia Ashley store in Orlando. I don’t normally care to write negative reviews, for the simple fact that I respect and understand people have to make a living. However, I spent a descent amount of money at the store and should not have been treated lesser than a normal citizen after the sale was final. Customer relationship management goes a long way. A store like Ashley should know and adhere to those principals.
If someone would please share the corporate number with me so that I can make them aware of this situation and maybe they will implement some preventative measures.

Fátima was great!! She let me look around before joining me to discuss pricing and deals. I had to see everything and then make a decision. I finally found the sectional I wanted and told her I needed to be super sure and that I would come back in a few. I went back to the other place and I sat and felt my other options. But essentially Ashley Furniture had the best deals. So I came back and Fatima welcomed me back. I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend coming here to get furniture.

Sales rep wouldn’t return calls or emails. When she finally did she was rude and dismissive. We were owed a credit and still haven’t received it. We were told it was with billing and to stop calling. It has been a couple months and still no credit. Seems they we should not have done business with you.
