Came in to browse some styles I had been interested in and I was extremely happy with the service received. Spencer was fantastic and helped us by providing information on what product would best fit our foot and walking style. Highly recommend this store specifically for the customer attentiveness and product knowledge received by the team.

Took quite some time to get into this outlet mall. It was extremely busy during the holiday season. We came here specifically for the Asics store. Yann was very helpful in assisting with finding the correct size in order to get the 50% discount for the second shoe. Thank you, Yann, for your help.

Bought a pair of running shoes here and the soles started coming unglued. Contacted the customer support with assumption they would assist with filing a claim since the defect was appearing only 2 months after they were purchased. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Doing very little to assist with the claim. Extremely disappointed because I have been an Asics fan forever. I guess they will not stand behind their brand and warranty.
