Elaine is AMAZING!!!! She sat with me for 2 almost 3 hours and help me set up my son's phone. I wanted to make sure that he had the most restrictions possible. She even complimented me and said most other parents don't take the time to do this and say just let them have access. She was so kind and patient and helpful and informed. Every question I asked she was prepared with an answer. I love this place!! She is 10 stars!

so bad!!They will only make money out of you. When the call charges, packages and phone transfer haven't been successfully completed, they have no authority to assist you! They will ask you to make the call yourself. So, what's the point of having your service center?

Horrible company, made me get a new line and got me stuck into a contract that I couldnt get out of. No manager could help me get out of the situation, and I got stuck paying 2 bills because I couldnt even transfer my old line to the new one. Finally getting bought out with another company ( spectrum). They do not reverse anything to when you speak to management, and dont do anything when you call. RUN LIKE HECK, YOU WERE WARNED!!!

I went into the att&t store located on 916 Lee rd on 6/15/25. I was disrespected and discriminated against by the sales representative by the name of Evan. I entered the store, I was asked how can they help me. I explained I was having difficulty with my phone. The first question that was asked was is your service suspended? I said no,then the follow up question was am I sure? I said Yes, then the comment was made you must have called customer service. I said yes I did. They were the ones that sent me into the store. Keep in mind he had to keep going to the supervisor to get the answers on how to attempt to fix my phone. He had no knowledge of what he was doing at one point the supervisor by the name of Ryan came out. I was already upset and verbalize I did not want to deal with Evan anymore because I felt offended his first question to me was basically have I paid my bill. Ryan said and did absolutely nothing.when I call back to the store after leaving. Ryan was very hesitant on giving me Evan’s name so that I can file a complaint. The only reason I gave one star is because I could not leave a comment without leaving at least one star. I do not recommend anyone going to the store. They have no knowledge of what they’re doing. They are rude disrespectful and is totally unaware of proper customer service etiquette.

Jomar, Evan and Ryan are running an amazing ATT store! My husband and I received the best customer service that we've ever had at a phone store. We opened a new account and even had to switch one of our lines from another provider, which was an extensive process. We did have to come back to the store the next day due to some errors in the process, but Jomar and team were able to fix every issue we had! Very nice gentlemen and great experience, 10/10 would recommend this store.

Ryan and Jomar revived real customer service that I haven't seen in a very long time. They will always go above and beyond for their customers. These guys show real leadership and that is really needed especially when it comes to customer service. Keep up the great work gentlemen and thank you for the transparency.

I came in to the AT&T store at Lee right, and jamor attend to me right away my phone had die on me , he immediately show me different phones to choose from knowing my needs. He was very helpful and the other young guy their as well . Very satisfied with their service.
