I love the new manager, his name is Tyrone ,at this location , he took his time to help me get a new phone and he also was very helpful with giving me more tips and advice on cellphone and fiber device. This is the best location in Orlando.

Absolutely horrendous ordeal and atrocious customer service. Be very carful using this location. attempting to transfer my number from cricket ( subsidiary so no commission) i was given a new sim card with a brand new number (commission) and sold insurance after bringing my own device. Ended up with both my cricket line and a new At&t line for 5 days not knowing i had a second line. that was very dishonest by the rep Alex. he was unable to solve the issue. i never got one phone call from the manager of the store i spoke with him through my efforts and customer care . From personal experience i implore you to find another location to do business. The one star i awarded is for the location.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by the manager of the store John. Not only did he take care of my needs, he was personable and attentive. I’d highly recommend going to this store for all your cell phone,tv, and internet needs.

I lost my phone last bn month it was an ordeal to re-establish verification w Apple due to multiple reasons that I could have prevented if I had known what I now know.I walked to that ATT store on Lee RD and those guys were incredibly helpful in amortizing my frustration and eventually put me back on track.Thanks again guys

DON’T GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU’RE HISPANIC.You will get treated disrespectfully, we handed the representative our ID in her hands (because I have manners) she instead slides the ID across the counter, never made eye contact. At least she didn’t make eye contact with neither my husband or I however, she was making eye contact and signaling her coworker as if I would not notice. We are paying customers of AT&T for over 15 years, business owners, and thankfully we are Bilingual, which is an AMAZING SKILL.Instead we visited the AT&T in Winter Park who treat you with basic human decency, such as using the restroom when you are planning on being in a store for hours upgrading devices and obtaining new services.

Absolute worse Customer service -Bought ‘plug in head phones’ from this store. I get into my car, I open the box and nothing was in the box. (Clearly someone had taken the product out) I go back into store (5 minutes later and still in front of store) to inform the salesperson that nothing was in the box.Instead of “ I’m very sorry - here let’s replace your item” We all go through this dramatic calling a manager. $24 pair of headphones becomes a thing of - you need to come back in 2 days when management is there. I was told “I have no idea how to deal with this , I will have to call my higher ups.” Clearly I didn’t steal their $24 headphones, clearly I hadn’t left the parking spot in front of store, clearly the salesperson saw that I wasn’t there to rob them.I will not return on a day I have to work to get this resolved. When it could have been easily resolved right then.I just paid $24 to ATT so that, I could learn never to do business with ATT again.I hope whoever sees this post - you will have to open all products before leaving the store. ( they clearly don’t check their inventory -at stocking, at inventory and at point of sale.This store definitely has an issue with theft and the common person will pay for it by ridiculous SOP standards. ATT has a lack of ownership with their own business model.

The service provided at store was great, meaning the representative give professional & valuable ideas based on my situation.The phone had issues had to place a claim, resolved problem at the Apple Store, before returning to up grade to up iPhone.Better phone, better service, & a better state of mind than a year ago. Word to the wise, don’t pass on the up grade pricing are incredible.

I love having AT&T. I’ve been a customer since 2017. But this store right here ??? Has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You have 4 employees working Saturday mid afternoon who are all sitting around the store doing their own things. soon as you walk in the door they are all Trying not to give you eye contact as if nobody wants to help you. When speaking they short sentence you. And give you a run around. And act as if it’s a problem your even in the store. Poor customer service skills. Do you want customers in this location? Because it sure seems like customers are not welcomed there. Definitely left this location and their nasty attitudes behind and went to another location who was a lot more eager to help. I will never go back into this location that is for sure. Im so thankful there is more than one AT&T store because this one is not the one you want to go to !

They were amazing ! Absolutely perfect. They fixed my account while putting a smile on my face. Catalina, she assisted me with the number change and went so smoothly. Jaritza, did all my services with limited assistance. Angel the manager was absolutely wonderful and funny he helped me tremendously. Jose, gave me useful information about first net.
