AT&T has consistently fallen short of their commitments. In February, I received an email detailing a promotion to receive a Samsung Galaxy 23 plus ultra in exchange for any Samsung Galaxy and a $1000 credit. I promptly purchased the Samsung Galaxy 23 plus ultra, which arrived on February 13th. My Galaxy was sent for trade-in on February 28th, with an expectation of receiving credit within 2 to 3 billing cycles. However, when that credit failed to materialize, I reached out to AT&T in April, only to be informed on April 16th that there was no record of my trade-in or device at any AT&T facility.I was advised to call back in 30 days, during which they would search for my device. Despite following up, the device remained untraceable. It wasn't until July, after multiple calls, that someone finally used the IMEI number to locate the device at an AT&T warehouse. Astonishingly, the device had arrived in April without any notification to me. With this discovery, I initiated the process to claim my trade-in credit. Promised a swift resolution, I called the next day only to find that there was no record of the previous day's ticket. Fortunately, I had recorded the IMEI and tracking numbers, allowing me to open yet another ticket.After being told the credit would take 3 to 4 days, I received a small credit, which I believed was for backdated installments. However, it did not indicate any ongoing monthly credit. Upon inquiring, I was told to wait until the following billing cycle. Now, that cycle has come and gone, and the credit is still missing. My account shows outstanding installments for the device, even though AT&T is in possession of my traded-in device.In my subsequent call, I learned that AT&T claims the trade-in didn't occur within the 45-day window after receiving the new device. However, this is not my fault as the device was lost in transit. I sent it within the specified window, and its late arrival was beyond my control. Shockingly, AT&T asserts that their system cannot apply a promotion to an account beyond the grace period and refuses to provide any credit, despite the circumstances.Despite being told that they would explore alternatives, I have not received any further communication from AT&T. They are unwilling to acknowledge their role in this situation. Had they informed me of the device's arrival at the warehouse, I could have resolved this issue much sooner. It's now September, and I still have not received the promised credit. I possess the promotional email, receipts, tracking numbers, and ticket records. I've spent over 10 hours trying to rectify this with AT&T agents, both over the phone and in-store. AT&T's refusal to accept responsibility for their actions is both infuriating and unacceptable. They must fulfill their promise and provide the credit I am rightfully owed. Their runaround will not deter me from pursuing what I was assured of receiving. They are unequivocally in the wrong.

Jy was right there when I entered the door greeted and made the people with me relaxed and walked through each step of what was needed and being done to set up all three lines and double check that numbers ported over perfectly and had no issues with the lines she was amazing help and referring more people to her

What a perfect associate here named Jai. I had to solve a disaster in a small amount of time and she really was patient and efficient walking through the several different departments to discover there had been fraud on my account and fixing my problem. Thanks again Jai, you’re a lifesaver

Wow! Hardly ever do I feel the need to leave a review but after help today from Luis and Jhuly, I had to write them something. Both were so kind and extremely helpful. Luis on one evening even stayed 30 minutes past closing to help troubleshoot switching over from my previous provider... what a guy! He and Jhuly later set my mother and I up with a special plan for first responders called AT&T FirstNet, which I wasn't aware of prior to stopping by the store. Ended up saving us a bit on our monthly bill and got us both free Apple watches! Couldn't thank them enough. Ask for Luis and Jhuly!

This girl Jai working here is completely useless. Walked in with a phone charging port not working. She did not one thing to help. Just stared at me like I was crazy for asking AT&T to help me with my AT&T phone. The woman before me wanted a simple iPhone apple watch explanation and she told her to come back when her manager was in. Avoid this store.

do not trade in your phone here and if you must, make sure you keep a receipt or something. Went in to give my iPhone 11 for the 13 and they lost it, no record of it, nothing. Can’t receive the credits for the new phone and AT&T can’t do anything about it. Messed up and lost $800 cos of it. Phone is disconnected too. ?

I went into the store to see if I was on the best rate plan. Luis Z helped me find a less expensive price plan and also helped me get a new phone for only $7.00 . I left the store very satisfied!

Showed up to pay bill because my app wasn’t working and the employee was in the back on his phone with the doors locked. Store says it closes @6pm an I was there @5:47pm and was told to leave.

When we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Kevin Correa the AT&T representative. He was very knowledgeable on the iPhone products as well as the necessary products. We had already purchased a iPhone earlier and wished we would have met him first. He is professional and very user-friendly.
