I've went to the att store by the loop and never got the same energy and amazing experience then I did at this store. Jon, Lenny and leidy helps me with everything even simple things with no issue. I Went in today for an upgrade , received amazing service from Lenny and Jon! had a couple security issues and difficult attempts but they made sure I was able to get what I needed and leave satisfied! 5 star team, thank you.
