Worked with a supervisor at this store to start a new plan and was quoted a specific price to bundle our existing internet with a new wireless plan but needed to contact customer service to transfer the billing name of the internet. 3 months later and after a total of 12 hours being on hold and dealing with different customer service reps, I was escalated enough to learn the prices and plan the supervisor quoted were nullified by the steps she told us to take, and the time it took to address this issue resulted in us no longer qualifying for the bundling discount she signed us up for. She was also visibly hungover when initially working with her and had to step away due to nausea, and when attempting to follow up with her throughout this process continued to redirect me back to the customer service line that had previously been unhelpful.

The staff I dealt with did not have all the information I needed for a trade in. They did not tell my I had to upgrade my plan for the trade in to work. Now I'm paying extra each month which I wouldn't of agreed to had I known. The manager honestly didn't seem to care much at all. I had to call customer service to get things sorted out because the store lacks both knowledge and compassion.

On dec 11,2024 at about 1:30 I came into the store to see what’s wrong with my phone that it wasn’t turning on unless the charger was plugged in and the woman told me I’d need to buy a new phone so she had me pay off my phone and after I swiped my card for $800 she then tells me “oh by the way you had insurance and could have fixed the phone” and I could have gotten a new phone for free because I had the AT&T insurance. When I asked so I could have fixed that phone cuz I pay insurance each month and she replied yes but now the insurance is on your new phone so you can’t. She scammed me to make $800 off me when she knew all along I could have gotten my phone fixed or a brand new phone with my insurance and decided to tell me after i swiped my card and the payment went through.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I had such a bad experience with Alexis Crespo. This employee is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the years we have been with AT&T. Employee cursed out my husband due to her not wanting to explain to us a piece of paper. The promised to pay us 1,000 for our devices and they only gave us 275. Alexis raised her voice and continued to inform us we are not wanting to understand calls us dumb for not understanding. Alexis continued to yell and send us to another store my husband got upset by the way he was being yelled at, as any human being he yelled back as soon as that happened she treated to call the cops did not want to give us our phone back. I will be contacting corporate in-regards too the high level of disrespect we experienced at this store. We have been so many years with at&t and this was not aceptable, we informed Ms. Crespo if she was so upset at the fact that we are requesting an explanation on the trade in to the point where she yelled at us and clapped hands she shouldn’t be working at this store she proceeded to yell at us by reminding us she has been working at this store for over a year. Which in my personal judgment I do not understand how can this obnoxious person. She informes us she has been dealing with customers asking for this same trade in information and that she has explained it so many times she was not going to keep explaining it to no one else. When this was our first time asking about this policy. Is not our fault she is annoyed at her JOB and for helping others. I cannot take accountability for other people asking the same question. Will be definitely calling corporate and making sure she is out of this store so no one else has to put up with her bad customer service. She should of gone to school and got a career in something she enjoys doing so other do not get affected by her nasty attitude.

Absolutely terrible customer service. rude and condescending girl named kenlynne had absolute no customer service skills. when I walked in she was hanging out with a personal friend at the counter, and had absolutely no knowledge or information on how to help me with my network issues.
Absolutely embarassing for ATT to have someone like her representing the company. seems like she only got the job cause her boss thought she was cute. go figure!

The young lady Kettylin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The manager Alexis on the other hand was very rude and would not listen to me (the customer) she came out with an attitude as if I was trying to get something for nothing.

Will never do business here again. I was lied to about a promotion, told I got a free watch with my wireless activation. This was entirely untrue the promotion was not available in Florida. What I actually got was an additional monthly bill for installment payments for the watch, a useless unlimited wireless plan for the watch as well as two insurance plans for my phone and watch that I never signed up for. It has cost me hundreds of dollars, hours of my time to try to fix. The in store reps just threw their hands up and said there was nothing they could do about it.
Overall predatory sales techniques. When issues occur ATT will not cover as it is not an ATT owned store, but you would never know based off the name.

Alexis At the Michigan Street store Is awesome. She was the only one working , while there were four of us in there (two singles and one couple with two phones). She was able to help all of us at the same time, going back-and-forth from one group to another,, as each of us had certain steps that required downloaded data. She is a Master multitasker and just a very nice person, who very enthusiastically helped all of us with our problems. Of course it was said as a joke, but as the couple was walking out, the woman looked back and said you saved our marriage. Raise her salary. You do not want to lose her.

Today Alexis quite possibly delivered the best customer service experience in a long time. I was promptly greeted upon walking in at the 312 E Michigan St, Orlando location. Because there were already two separate clients being helped I buckled in for a considerable wait. After a short wait she asked how we could be helped. Wait, what? I thought to myself, you already have two clients. My husband and I explained our problem and she easily address our problems. We tested the fix several times and Alexis would not be satisfied until we were. Keep in mind, still with two other people being helped. Talk about multi-tasking! I wish (so badly) that I were an employer who needed a helpful and enthusiastic employee. I would hire her in hot second. Thank you, Alexis! You made my day!

I was so amazed at how Alexis Crespo @ the 312 East Michigan St in the 32806 Orlando zip handled our issue. She multitasked between 3 customers. Her knowledge was incredible. I would hire her for any job!
