This store was great. Go see Stephen Cruz, he was great with my 78 yr old mom and me. He was very patient and gives great customer service. He made it an awesome experience !!

I’m visiting my family for Christmas in the area and thought I’d take advantage of the new deal. The guy helping me was African American I don’t have a name for him cause he didn’t have a name tag & he was in some type of urgent rush to go home when they encountered a problem and they didn’t try to call nobody at all and told me to come back the next day cause they don’t know what they’re doing, kicked me out to rush home. Now I’m on the AT&T site trying to resolve this and it’s saying my number has been transferred already but yet I don’t have a AT&T account cause of an unknown error yesterday. I didn’t even get an reason why an error was occurring that they couldn’t finalize it, they had me in there for 2 hours. You need more devoted workers in that store that prioritize customer service..it’s sad.

This store ripped me off! I went there to get a plan through the affordable connectivity program. They quoted one plan and gave me a more expensive one! They put insurance on my phone without my consent! I only purchased a SIM card from them. By the time I was billed, I’m now paying almost three times what I used to pay with my former carrier. Almost 200 for a month and a half of service! Stay away from this store! They are not corporate. They are crooks taking advantage of people who expect discounted service but instead robbed me! I have reported them to corporate. Your robbery is not worth it! You should not represent ATT.

MR (an associate) is probably the best thing going for this store. There is certainly room for improvement but she can be coached and she seems to have a right attitude - to help and to serve customers with humility. The store Manager tends to not acknowledge your existence when you walk in. You are a problem for her, and she communicates this in her own way. She is likely technically sound, but is immature and arrogant imo. She's more concerned about her nose ring and image than her store's level of service. It's the little things, like turning the holiday music off and putting on her music. Another way to handle it wld have been to engage the customers around her and ask them if they want the music changed. It's all about her unfortunately. Slightly bigger problem is how lousy her team is and how she makes her team's problems and shortcomings your problem. She catches complaints all day I'm sure. Not saying it's easy. What I am saying is she doesn't handle it with grace and epitomizes what society is growing to hate about the retail space. I was in there the other day and ATT had a lady on speaker phone complaining loudly - totally unprofessional. This store is a problem and probably needs an overhaul. I'll certainly never be back and I will take others with me whenever possible.

They have very little inventory in store. I guess because of theft issues. I feel for these folks there. They work hard but have to be cautious.
