Came in to the store because my phone was having some issues, the guy that was there was very nice and was able to fix my problem within minutes! It felt nice been at the store, will be coming back to get new phone!!

The store manager, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He set my parents up with new phones, explained the costs clearly, and made sure the setup was done correctly. Normally I’m worried when they get new phones, but this was easy!

Kevin Flores is the manager of the Mills Park store and he is incredible. Took initiative to review my account and saves me over $100 per month and found i was entitled to a free upgrade to an iPhone 16! He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. If you have Att for your phone plan go to the Mills Park store!

BEWARE! I don't like to post negative remarks but they found a loophole to keep your money. This is NOT an official AT&T store! They tried to setup my business account and did it incorrectly. I went to AT&T in Winter Park to set it up correctly and they had to START over with a new account. This location is part of PRIME communications and they refused to refund my $300 for the defunct account. AT&T could not get into their system and issue the refund.

It was such a pleasant experience with Jovan, he was extremely helpful and very nice. He went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were met. I hope he gets recognized for outstanding customer service.

This store is by far the best AT&T store I have been to in a while. Even though I’ve only seen Jevon recently he has been more than helpful all on his own and any problem I’ve had he’s been quick to solve it all while being very kind and very knowledgeable. 11/10 recommend this store and doing business with Jevon if you have the chance!
