Worst experience ever. You all need to put more people in the store. There is no way there should be a 45 min wait and all I got was a I’ll be with you soon. It’s 9 in the morning. Store is not busy just one person working a couple. This transaction literally took way too long and I wasted my time and morning. Do better AT&T East Colonial.

Really bad service ! since I arrived they have been playing among themselves, they are also sitting at the counter as if there were no customers and the store supervisor does not even say anything to them.

The worst customer service ever, second time I go to this store to upgrade and got disappointed, if this store represents att. Then aty should be out of business ( spending over 3k on phone but we could not use the bathroom because they don't have it for customer. SHAMEFUL) BTW is not just some employees they all act the same way as our money doesn't matter

I had the displeasure of working with Jimmy. My husband and I came in just to get an idea of what switching carriers would look like financially and left with two new phones and a huge headache. First of all, Jimmy told us we just HAD to have the highest family plan for the best discount even if we didn't use the other two lines. He also said that was the only way my husband's employee discount would work. He said we didn't need to use the lines but that they would be available if we wanted to down the road. He also said we would get a gift card of $70 to use towards our two activation fees for our two phones. What he neglected to tell us about was that we owed FOUR activation fees because he added two random iphones, phone numbers, and IMEIs to our account despite us never getting four phones. I had to call customer service, which was a delight actually, to have everything fixed. After removing the two random iphones that Jimmy added, going to a cheaper plan, and removing the cloud storage upgrade he added without permission, my bill is now almost $300 cheaper with my husband's discount included. He also told us we only had one option for storage space and phone color and I had to return a week later to change phones because that was another lie. Never received my gift card either. Save yourself some time and energy and go to a corporate store instead.

One of the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Went to pay my Bill and they would not accept cash , even though I have paid my bill thier many times. I asked for the manager and was told there was no manager and an individual named Tony said he was the manager even though I know the manager. This salesman named Tony ( he refused to give me his last name)
Was very rude and lacked any customer service skills. I have worked in retail for 20 years and cannot believe that a company like ATT would hire someone this rude to deal with there customers. Whoever his supervisor is should be made aware of his incompetence!

Dealt with Lara who didn't do that typical high pitch "Hiiiii, welcome iiiinnnn!" That I usually can't stand when sales representatives do. So off to a good start. Then information as well as conversation was smooth so she made it a pleasant experience. I was bothered that they had JBL speaker but none in stock and I couldn't order it. They should keep knowledge of stock fresh so customers (like myself) don't get hyped about a product ask questions and then I have to go to Best Buy or another electronics store for a bluetooth speaker. Other than that I had a great experience and after about a year I'll be able to consider AT&T to others or not. Have to see how they treat me and how consistent or not they are with my bill and service. I have both wireless and internet swapped from Spectrum which I was getting irritated with their service on both department.

I have been trying to resolve an undue additional charge for more than 5 months and ATT has not resolved it, and for this reason I have to come every month to file the same claim.

Shady store. Watch your bill!
Bought an iPad from Apple directly. Visited store to have added to our existing ATT plan. Days later I learned they also added an Asurion extended warranty to the bill.
I called ATT to remove and learned this is not a corporate store but rather a reseller.
Avoid!

I went here with a friend,and it was the worst experience,people here seem to be high and you can smell the weed. They went into the account and added things after the fact that we didn't ask for. When asked about this they sent us to a corporate store and didn't want to fix the issue. They were very unprofessional and the music sounded like something from an explicit hard core club.i hope that people are cautious to go here they are straight up stealing info and adding things to accounts,I couldn't believe what went on here. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!
