Manager we spoke, charges All he can for customer he was doing I know this is business but first make your customer happy to get service I wouldn’t want to go do with business again now we have to call Att customer service fix issues

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. WORST STORE EVER. Tried to upgrade my phone & the sales person was very rude because I didn't want to upgrade to the promotion. Called me "broke" & threatened to add more lines to my account because I did not want to do what would "put more money in his pockets." Definitely reporting this to corporate. Thats not how you do customer service.

The manager, Jo, did such a great job of helping me upgrade to a brand new iPhone 15. Explained everything to me and even helped me pick out all the right accessories for my new phone. Will come back here for all my phone needs!

I'd love to leave a review of this business but too bad I can't... I tried to get some of this done before I went to work today but I guess that is not going to happen because the door is closed and locked at NOON on a MONDAY like what?... Not a single person inside all lights are off. But every app will say it is open and the door has no note or anything... ridiculous...
