I have had At&T for over a year and everything worked fine, but when I needed to change address to Apopka's Arra, the technicians installed the modem and I still had no internet. I tried to contact At&t for four days and all they told me was that they were having a problem with the system and could not schedule another technician to come to my house. On the last call, the At&T employee himself recommended that I cancel and use Spectrum. I am very disappointed because in 2025 this should be something simple. I canceled my home plan and will continue with only the mobile service. Was a pretty bad situation 👎🏻

Nicolas is the best attendant in this store. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish very well. For those who still have difficulty with English, I suggest you look for him.

Came in to upgrade phone wait for hours for customer assistant. When they upgraded the phones. I gave my phones as trade in and they said that their were going to be credit added to my accounts which I still haven’t see and they change my plans with all this add one for them to make commission and now my bill is $500. I call att customer service to explain the situation and they just told me I agree to the terms of what they did. Worse customer service taken advantage of people. I’m in the process of changing providers because of how bad customer service is in att and the service is poor in stores and on the phone. If you planning on upgrading your phone make sure they are not taking advantage of you taking your money to earn their commissions

If you’re buying a phone they are great. Came in today to get a replacement screen cover which is free since I already paid $50 for one when I purchased a personal phone to turn my other phone into a work phone. I understand they are busy but I literally just needed a screen cover that they don’t even need them to put on for me. Doesn’t make since to have to wait hours behind others with account issues and buying products. Lady directly told me I’d have to wait. Ridiculous. Guess I’ll try another AT&T and when I move back to Jacksonville I am definitely switching back to Verizon.
