I’ve been coming to this store for years. Today was quite busy, but customer service agent took my name and I was seen by Luis.Very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.I’ve never had any problems at this store and all phone or internet issues have been resolved professionally. Great job guys.

AT&T is awful with their customer service and I don’t mean the people at the store or at the call centers receiving all the hell from customers but their policies and way of doing business. Every other month, sometimes monthly I have to call or go to store for a problem.

Christian did an exceptional job in assisting me with my phone-related issues. Not only did he successfully resolve the problem, but he also provided me with valuable information regarding its functioning. His expertise and willingness to help were truly commendable. Service is quick. Lot of representatives to help. They were super helpful. No significant wait times anyways, its no busy in the evenings.I was out within no time after collecting my new mobile and they helped me set it up quickly.

I went to the AT&T located at 7727 S. OBT - and had Luis R help me with some crazy phone issues on the evening of 10/3. He was able to fix a part of the problem (it was closing time) and told me I could come and see him if what he suggested didn’t work and the problems continued (I am not techy) Next day I’m back and Luis takes his time to resolve everything that was wrong …. He was patient knowledgeable and explained everything as he did it. He also made sure to greet the customers as they entered the store and made sure that everyone was told how long the wait could be. I can’t say thank you enough to Luis R.Great customer service experience!!!

I must say… this has been the GREATEST experience I have ever had with a phone company in my life! Briana provided me exceptionak service. She was attentive from the moment I entered the door, she greeted me so politely and provided me with information every step of the way. She listened to my concerns sincerely, her customer service is impeccable and she really is wonderful at her job. Briana is a true example of what every client and employer needs from a Retail Sales Consultant. I was so stressed when I walked in, she sat with me for almost 2 hrs to assure I received a new device and made it her duty to help me in every way she could. Briana I cannot thank you enough and I truly appreciate you. AT&T has a lifelong customer in me and I will be sure to always recommend the Skyview location specifically to all of my friends and family members or anybody who I speak to. I walked into the store. Cause I'm having problems with the brand new phone that I have. 1 person doesn't know how to talk English. The other person taking care of other customers at 11 o'clock in the morning. How can you have the employees that you need? And this store is not the first time that I have a vicious with if I go into another store and I have made an issue. Have to 3 days of having phone service. What AT&T, I'm going to call. Get my own phone back and go back to my regular service.

I went in last month because my galaxy s10 plus finally died and I needed to see the options. The person helping me told me AFTER looking at my phone seeing and confirming it was okay I had a small Crack that I was eligible for an upgrade with the new galaxy 23 ultra and trade in value would be $800 for my old phone. After explaining to him that I can't get this without the trade in price because of the cost he confirmed once again the price. So my phone finally comes in the mail and I go to bring in my old phone and they REFUSE to not only not give me the $800 but not give me ANYTHING because of the crack and when I tried explaining to them that this was what I was offered the manager told me "what do you want me to do from a business standpoint I can't take this". I'm extremely disgusted in this company for tricking me into a over $1200 phone and robbing me in the process.
