It was time for an upgrade so I decided to visit this location. I was greeted right away. Marielle was very courteous, and informative. She addressed all my concerns and was also friendly and a great conversationalist. Overall great service!

My Experience with AT&T: A Story That Feels Like Science Fiction
I want to share my experience with AT&T. I apologize for the long text, but I strongly recommend you read it all—you’ll be surprised. This feels more like a science fiction story than reality.
I went to AT&T intending to switch my internet service from Spectrum to their company. While at it, I thought of consolidating all my services, including my three phone lines, into one unified bill. Unfortunately—or rather, you’ll see why I say unfortunately—their internet service wasn’t available in my area, so I decided not to go through with the switch.
That’s when the salesperson interrupted me and asked why, even if internet service wasn’t available, I wouldn’t transfer all my phone lines to AT&T. Against my better judgment, I agreed to listen to him.
I explained to the salesperson that, in addition to my current three lines, I also wanted to add a new one. He offered me a deal that sounded great: $25 per line.
The price was attractive, but I told him I had already prepaid for my three phone lines with my current provider for the next three months. He assured me not to worry—they would give me a gift card for each line I transferred to cover those prepaid costs. That was enough to convince me to move forward right then and there. After some back and forth with activations and deactivations, I left the store with four AT&T phone lines, feeling satisfied.
Everything seemed fine—until my first bill arrived. It was supposed to be around $120, but to my surprise, it was $380. Worried and shocked, I returned to the store where I had made the purchase to figure out what had gone wrong.
The staff told me that due to an error in the system, none of the discounts they applied had gone through, resulting in the higher bill. However, since the bill had already been issued, they couldn’t fix it. I was told I would have to pay the full amount, and they would reimburse me the following month.
I wasn’t happy about paying for something I never agreed to, but they left me no choice, so I paid.
The next month, I did receive a refund—but it wasn’t in cash. Instead, it was issued as a credit to my AT&T account. Worse still, some line charges were still much higher than what had been promised. And those gift cards? Nowhere in sight.
Frustrated, I went back to the store to get answers. This time, they told me they couldn’t help me. For billing issues, I had to call 611, and for the gift cards, I had to reach out to the Rewards Department.
Back home, I called the Rewards Department first. To my surprise, they informed me that, despite what the salesperson had promised, I wasn’t eligible for the gift cards because I hadn’t purchased a phone from AT&T. I explained that the salesperson specifically offered those cards to compensate for the prepaid costs I had with my previous provider. They apologized for the misinformation but said there was nothing they could do.
At this point, I wasn’t just disappointed—I felt scammed. What the salesperson did wasn’t a mistake; it was deception. It cost me real money, and had I known, I never would’ve signed up.
Still upset, I called the second number to address the billing errors. The representative confirmed they could see I had transferred three lines, but the system had recorded it incorrectly. At first, I was relieved—until they told me they couldn’t fix it. Once entered incorrectly, it was apparently impossible to adjust.
I was speechless. How could a company like this operate in such a disorganized and misleading way?
In conclusion, AT&T promised me gift cards and phone lines at $25 each. Not only did they cost me a significant amount of money, but they also failed to deliver on any of their promises.

AT&T wireless at 7051 Narcoossee Road in Orlando. The sales rep Jeremy was absolutely fantastic. I've had nothing but issues with Verizon and nobody there could help me resolve the issue so I decided to switch to AT&T wireless. At this location, Jeremy came up with an immediate solution that actually worked and I am so freaking happy. You need more employees like him because his quick solutions, attention to detail and customer care is top tier. That dude needs a promotion.

Jose made my experience absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in he was very quick to approach me and pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. Jose was super friendly and so helpful when it came to explaining my bill and helped me get the brand new Apple Watch with ease.
