Fraudulent staff and location. Have $1,000 in hand and I called to buy some stuff. They said they dont take card or cash - only financing and I’d have to call at&t to pay it in full after buying it.
If i was the owner or district manager here I’d clean house and fire everyone.
Loads of people in Lake Nona have cash in hand ready to go - no one in their right mind is going to finance something when they have the money to buy.

I just want to give a huge shout out to David last week, who informed me of how to make my plan more efficient for my family after resolving a phone issue we had for my daughter (human error of course). Once we left, my car didn’t start. David was super helpful and didn’t hesitate to come out and assist with hooking up the battery charger for me. My husband came home and was so happy with the service because he said this guy was helpful even after catching attitude from people bc the system was down for a bit. I said describe the dude and I was like ohh that was David. He’s like man he is so helpful to everyone then. Kudos to you David for being different from the world! Keep being awesome.

Chris the manager and David the assistant manager, did an amazing job! Best teamwork and the best Face of at&t for customer service. I was going to leave today with my 7 lines but David did the best to help me and continue with at&t. He did it and I leave happy, thank you David and Chris! Thank you at&t!

As an AT&T client, this specific store is not great. 2 associates in the whole store which made me “check in” in a piece of paper for our turn, left us waiting approximately 30 minutes while they both were busy with another client then after one of them was done with their client didn’t even look at the list they made us check in on and just took another client. I left the store disappointed because this has never happened to me at any other at&t store and i have been with them over 5 years. Really just not a good experience
