I got sold a coverage. I tried to use that coverage when I had a road hazard incident. They would not honor this coverage.

Stay away from this dealership, Ryan Gonzalez (Service Tech), and "Chris" (Service Manager). Unscrupulous and dishonest staff. Pressured my near 80 year old parents into an $899 "wheel alignment service". They said no but this dealership pressured them and said that it was required. Shame on you for taking advantage of senior citizens. I contacted Audi corporate since I'm sure this is something that Audi would certainly not want their brand to be associated with. I also called the dealership to try and resolve this issue before posting this review and was basically stonewalled. You men should know that no means no especially in this day and age.For reference, $899 for a wheel alignment because their vehicle has adaptive cruise control? They came in for an Audi Care routine service with a tire rotation for a car that has only 10k miles on it. I have a Q7 with adaptive and predictive cruise control, all wheel steering, adaptive air suspension, lane keep assist, traffic jam assist... and my dealer up north charges me a third of that. Shameful. Our family is loyal to the Audi brand and this certainly tarnishes that.To those reading this review, note that this dealership is part of the AutoNation dealership group.

The person Austin that helped me did not have a lot of knowledge about the Q5. I asked about the idling since i wanted quiet idle and wasn’t sure which button to press and he that it was not a thing in the audis because consumers didn’t like it. It worked when we were test driving the vehicle but someone had turned it off and I just wanted to figure it out. My daughter figured it out. He also got me a loaner since the noise the vehicle was making was unfamiliar to him and said it may take a week or so. I got home an hour later and was supposed to head to Tampa for work the next day, he called me to tell me the car was going to be ready later that day. When I told him i gad to head out to Tampa, he lost it and asked what i was trying to pull, that the loaner was due in today. I had to let him go off then finally told him it was him who suggested the loaner i was not expecting to have to leave the car only to find out that i had to turn around and drive back to the dealership in an hour. So definitely didn’t care for his lack of knowledge and lack of customer service common sense

Thank you Mrs. Susan Ryan for the fantastic job you have been doing for me lately. Your hard work and dedication has really helped me out during difficult times . I just wanted to make sure you know how much you are valued and appreciated. We know that the recent round of lay-offs has been very bad for company morale. Not only are people worried about losing their money but also many people are out there receiving their withdrawal every day You come in early stay late and even use your free time to help pitch in and get things done. Thank you Mrs. Susan Ryan for your hard work and dedication to me both throughout the past few months and even before that. We really appreciate all that you do.
I highly recommend her service to anyone looking to make it big off crypto market.

We are working with this car salon for over 7 years. Also, we don't have Audi cars but we love the quality and reliability of this place so much we won't go anywhere else. They have different service packages and many saving's opportunities. The customer service is upscale and the actual salon is super nice and modern. Our service advisor is Danielle, hands down she's the best. I can not thank and recommend her highly enough.

I would highly recommend Audi South. Slav is the best and make leasing absolutely effortless! We leased and purchased all our Audi’s with Slav when he was at Audi North.
Audi South Orlando’s facility is just beautiful and the service department is immaculate. I’m looking forward to having my Q5 serviced there!

I was skeptical at first from some of the reviews but was pleasantly greeted with Audi quality of service. It gets understandably busy here but Romin handled it great with the upfront honest pricing and drop off and pick up was a breeze. There is plenty to see inside if you prefer to wait.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel the services I bought with the vehicle, and they are unresponsive. The last time I spoke with someone, he told me that I would get a reply with the documents, and still waiting for them. Looks like a strategy to see if I get tired and disregard the request or extend the process to say that I did not request within the timeframe stated by the contact.

Took my car on Monday to do a service(oil change) and I notice the car was still making a bit of a noise, as well some lost of acceleration.I have a 2121 audi that has never missed a service! Tuesday the vehicle says that it low on oil. When I check the cars computer it said oil low. I txt Richie a service advisor about the situation and he said that bc I left my car sitting at their dealership for more than an hr that happens. Tuesday night the vehicle acted as if it was going to turn off. I brought her in requesting to check why did I loss acceleration, to check gaskets and seals..... when I go there they topped it off the manager said that they don't see any problem after it being topped off and I can go home! This is Monday- Wednesday March 1-3,2023Around August 15-19, 2022 I had another service for my vehicle. It was supposed to be a quick service however they didn't have parts; therefore I got a loaner(since the vehicle being service is my only vehicle). On the 17th I got sideswiped(the guy eat a light) by a Hyundai Sonata and it total both cars. It happened at 10 pm. The police showed up to do the report at 2am. The morning of the 18th I went to the hospital and stud there till 9pm. On the 19th I received a txt that my vehicle was ready. I send all the pictures, videos, and reports of what had happened. I arrived at Audi south orlando on the 19th ( I can't barely move). I speak to the service specialist Chris Beracierto( phenomenal service manager) and he asked me what was going on. I explain the situation and he asked if I was okay and to sit down that he's getting my car ready. The photo that I had send was missing information so I called my insurance lady and she was giving me the info all I needed was an email or a fax number so she can send the papers over. The manager that they have there came out (I don't recall his name it could be John or Matt; he's white and fatter than most as soon as you go in the service doors look immediately to the right and you'll see his office). He looked me dead in the eyes while I was on the phone with the insurance lady and says "I don't know how you believe your getting your vehicle today" "why didn't I say anything before about the car". I stood in chock as the lady on the phone did. She asked me a few time if I was okay and to give him the phone so she can calm him down ( mind you this is the service floor and sells room) and he's screaming at the top of his lungs. I finally was able to sit down at his office and he was finally able to calm down and talk to the lady on the phone. Which out any excuse me I'll be right back he stormed out of the office. He gather 3-5 employees while I'm sitting in the office and I hear him say I need this papers. I see one of the employees asking or saying something and he said "I don't give a fuck get me my fucking papers" (again this is the whole service floor and sales floor). He storms into the room again and he was now able to ask me what happened. I explain the situation and he storms out one more time. The final time he came in he came in with Chris. He apologized to me and said "I'm sorry I didn't know what was going on are you okay" I proceeded to say that I appreciate the apology however I'm not the only one that needs apologizing; that his employees are working for him and they should not be treated that way let alone be talked to like that! After being an hr there in pain and being screamed at by the manager I was able ti get my car and go home.

I took my car in for service and was set up to get a loaner. The loaner was not sanitized because while the guy was giving me the keys he had a cloth wiping off the inside running board on the driver side. When I opened the passenger door the running board was dirty. I returned to Audi to pick up my car when it was done. After I checked in the loaner I was told to wait in the lobby for my service representative who was Derek. I was waiting in the lobby to be called to get my keys and signed off for my car. That process took between 20 to 30 minutes sitting there. I had to reach out to a service representative to find out why I am still sitting in the lobby. I was not happy because that was very poor service to a customer. When I received the keys and went to my car the inside was dirty. I was so annoyed and very disappointed with the service that I received.

The worst experience fixing my car. I took my car, so that they could solve a problem that themselves suggested to me in the oil change check. The next day, I received a text message telling me that, the car had an additional problem and I must do it for my safety .... I said ok it's fine. Finally, I claimed my car and a few streets ridding it, the dashboard began to light up with the problems I thought were solved, I returned to the Audi and they checked it again, but they found that the issue that had been fixed was not what was actually damaged. The most disappointing thing of all was that the advisor Danielle, whom I always contacted, in the end, didn't appear anymore and a rude and unfriendly advisor named Romin ended up delivering my car, which by the way even came out with the lights damaged. They don't answer you for anything, they don't give you expertise answers and if they want to charge you and charge you. Never take your car there, nothing different than regular mechanic.

I went with my husband to buy a car. The salesman Shy was very knowledgeable. He shows a lot of dedication and confidence. We had an smooth transaction thanks to him and Gabriel. Kudos to Audi South Orlando for having a great team.

January 2023 by Michael H.
I would like to share with everyone in my review of Audi of South Orlando. So I did a online appraisal for my vehicle to sell to a AutoNation on December 21, 2022. I had received a response that they would pay $55,500 for my vehicle. I have sold multiple cars to AutoNation and it's always been very easy, I also know that the offer is subject to an in person inspection I have the vehicle in storage in Orlando at a buddy of mine's exotic car rental company. I live in Miami so he did me the favor on January 9, 2023 to take it into the location for the in person inspection. At this time he did do that and the manager said he could not honor the original offer of 55,500 but could do $55,000 flat. When the sales representative Jacob called me and told me this I asked him do you think that we could do the $55,500 and wrap this up he said give me an hour or less and I will talk it over with my manager and call you back, he called me back and said my manager is OK with that deal so when can you come in? I said I could be in as early as this Thursday, January 12, 2023 he said perfect. We also spoke on January 11, 2023 confirming everything that was good to go because I was getting a rental car and taking off of work January 12, 2023 Jacob called me first thing in the morning asking me if I was in the area I said yes I should be there shortly with the vehicle I had to go pick it up. I brought the vehicle in to them with a driver following me, Jacob told me that the manager today needs to look at the vehicle again I was like why when another manager looked at it on Monday and confirm that we are good for the offer he had told me that it should be quick and we can move things along. The new manager looks like the vehicle and tells me we can't pay that much money. We only could pay $49,500. I was like what happened to the initial offer that the other manager gave me on Monday for $55,000 and then he bumped it to $55,500. He really couldn't give me an answer and was dismissive on why the manager made that call I said that I need what you guys offered because you guys did the inspection and confirm the offer and now that you did the inspection do you want to offer me $6000 less. If the manager on Monday made a mistake that is not my fault he should be held accountable for his mistake, and they should be an honorable and reputable company as most AutoNation stores are and follow through with doing the deal. Then he offered to give me $1000 more if it would make me happy and I declined because it's the principle about the whole situation and wasting my time we confirmed over and over again I also have it on text and email so I asked to speak to the general manager of the store named Sunil Prakash. I figured him being a general manager would stand behind his employees mess ups, especially a manager. I told him that I would like him to honor the deal that the manager on Monday said they would do. he said, let me look at the car he went out there and looked at it really quick and said no he cannot pay what the manager offered me on Monday, I said why not? He has a manager and he made an offer so you're telling me that you have guys putting numbers on cars that are unqualified how is that my problem? He was nice but dismissive and basically told me if you want to give me your bill for your rental car and email it to me. I asked him for the corporate number for AutoNation. He went and got it for me without a problem and basically set me on my way and could care less. I think the manager that put the number on the vehicle if he messed up should be fired or reprimanded, they should honor the deal also and handle the mistake of the manager internally however need be but the customer shouldn't have to suffer. I read reviews about this dealership and you that it was horrible but this is where the offer sent me. I never had an issue with an AutoNation store in the past, and this one gives them a bad name even my buddy that took me over there that owns an exotic car rental company told me he doesn't buy from th
